Excellent retail park, Just off major route (Edge lane) into Liverpool from the M62 Good parking and easy access to all stores for disabled and families, all you need in one place, all major stores, M&S, B&Q, Halford's, coffee shops, McDonald's, Frankie & Benny's, bowling alley, pets at home, O2 store, subway, gregg's, Boot's chemist, kids stores, all family friendly, etc.... and much more!! furthermore, back exit from park into Wavertree and Allerton area's, with all local amenities, ASDA, Tesco's, Banks, etc, "Highly Recommended"!! (But, then that's Liverpool for you, nothing by halves)!!! 🤣🤣🤣

I cannot speak highly enough of this store and their friendly efficient staff! I upgraded my phone on Monday evening and nothing was too much trouble. I nervously switched from Samsung to Apple and was served by Jade. She was brilliant! So patient and kind and she went above and beyond to make the switch over as easy as possible for me, staying long after her shift had finished to make sure everything was as it should be. Special mention too for Jack (Apple Watch expert) and Lucas who both helped me the following day with some queries. All the staff are extremely friendly and polite and more than helpful. They are a credit to 02 and I cannot praise them highly enough!

Staff in here really impressed me how polite, friendly and professional they are. I went in because my charger port was damaged, both Matthew and Ellie were great, sorted me out an upgrade taking advantage of promotions. I got brand new phone and a cheaper monthly plan, would highly recommend.

I didn't even know there was an 02 in the shopping park but I came here this morning as the Speke store is closed today according to Google and I'm glad I did. This is one of the most socially distancing aware store protecting their staff and customers. The service was first class, I was assisted by the store manager and completed my transaction with Jack. The staff could not have been nicer or helped me more. Cheers Happy customer
