C. D.Soooooo much better than trying to talk to someone on phone at Sky customer services. Friendly helpful and sorted my application & engineer appointment to upgrade to Sky Q box. Came away a very happy bunny. Apparently they are opening similar stores in other towns. Fantastic. No more endless unsatisfactory telephone marathons
