Took an iPad 6th generation in today to get the screen replaced, within two hours I had it back! Such quick service! The owner Yasser was really helpful and I will definitely be going here in future if I need anything else fixing or replacing! Highly recommend.

Highly recommend The Phone Lab! My Samsung A40 was just over a year into contract when the screen went black - still getting calls, just no way of answering them. Water damage possibly the cause thanks to a two-mile trek to a courier depot on an industrial estate during torrential rainfall (that's another, unrelated review!) But I wasn't ready to part with the phone and nor did I want it sent away for weeks by my network, only to be told the warranty was void etc. I called The Phone Lab, who provided an excellent, great value service - they ordered a new screen for me specifically which was available within hours, and it was fitted within 40 minutes of me dropping off the phone, good as new, with no need for annoying factory resets, data loss or negotiating with networks - or their couriers! And a free screen protector too - who could say fairer than that? Thanks very much for the super-quick turnaround!

I've seen some fake, bad reviews about them but I don't agree with them at all. They fixed the screen on my OnePlus in one day, and they've been nothing but nice to me. They have a lot of experience working on phones, it shows, and I would trust them on any phone related issues.

Came in for a snatches iPhone 7 screen Staff were very helpful I got sent all the information the day before Screen was fixed in 30 mins Got a screen protector from them for free Very happy with everything thsnkyou

Got a new screen and battery done, was done within an hour and they put screen protector on for free. Had a problem with the battery but when I went back they put a new one in straight away no questions asked and now it’s perfect. So friendly, helpful and fast deffo recommended

Fast Screen Repair (20 mins) for my iPhone 11. Excellent quality Screen for only £90 and repaired the True Tone feature for free. Apparently when phone shops fix your iphone screen they don’t repair this brightness feature and it stops working . This is an extra free service offered by The PhoneLab and isn’t offered at any other local phone shop. I checked . They use a device to read the serial number from the original screen and write this file in to the new screen to maintain all the original brightness and touch features . I was also given 6 months warranty and a free tempered glass screen guard . I can genuinely say I’m happy with the service received today by Ash and will be returning next week to purchase an iPhone X for my Niece which they kindly knocked some money off because I repaired my phone there.

Samsung galaxy note 8 screen replaced. Reasonable prices, friendly service and was done within a few hours and this included a click and collect service as well as being dropped back off. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a phone screen replacing
