Absolute savers! We have recently moved into an office in the Liverpool city centre area and have been struggling to get decent internet from all of the usual providers (with some not even providing services) until we visited the Three store in L1. They have resolved our internet problem and we now getting unbelievable speeds.

Customer experience in store is really important to the staff you can see from how they interact with you from the moment you walk in. The shop is really clean and covid secure. They really know their stuff and work to find the deal that you want not what earns them the most. Really recommend a visit

Cannot speak highly enough of Oliver in your Liverpool one store. He was calm and patient, helped me with my upgrade. The part of my experience I was most happy with was him taking me through the set up of my new device and helping me to understand how to use it. Really great experience.

After being treated terribly in the Three store on Church St by a tall blond female employee, I went to the Three store on John St and they treated me so well. My phone signal was not working, the employee on Church St. told me I had to upgrade my plan and did not even explain to me why my SIM card was failing. Whereas in the store on John street, they revised my phone, gave me a new SIM card and resolved the problem. I want to give a special thanks to Ollie from the John Street shop. He was amazing and resolved my issue very quickly. Amazing service. Hope this was the case in the Church St. store. The lady was doing very rude facial expressions and left my phone on the table and said "thank you, bye" when I said I did not want an upgrade and then left before I was able to respond....

I would highly recommend the Liverpool 1 store. I really appreciate good service and being treated as an individual, not just a ‘sale’. Lucy took her time and made sure the phone chosen was right for me. No heavy sales talk, just an honest approach. I returned a few days later to make sure I’d set the phone up correctly. Brian took his time and guided me around the features, arranging the apps and making sure I was comfortable with the Huawei P30 Lite. Great phone. Apologies for not remembering the name of the female manager, but very helpful as well. We’ll return in February to upgrade my wife’s phone. Thank you all. Cheers.

Amazing service in store today. Lee did a fantastic job of getting my new Samsung S8 set up and ready to go. The whole team really seemed focused on making sure their customers are well looked after. I have been to the three G phone store in liverpool one to get a new phone , I was very last and stress,Till I met One of the best stuff I have never seen in my life called ( Kevin ) , he made me very happy and he was so patient with me And he explained every single new phone to me , He was very patient and professional and polite Seriously he made me smile that day , He shouldn't be normal staff he should be a manger He got high confident and high experience And he is good seller as well I really high recommended that place thank you( Kevin)

Firstly, I do love 3 as a network and have no issues at all. I'm rating this store 2 stars as the guy tried to lie to me that they only do plans of at least 100gb data or more for new phone upgrades so I'd have to pay much more for my new phone, he was also a slight bit rude. I didn't believe him so left the shop, seeing an advertisement board on the way out which had a lower amount of data on, called 3 later that day and funnily enough they gave me 8gb of data like I'd wanted! Extremely unimpressed with this man in store. Only giving it 3 stars as opposed to 1 because I dealt with a helpful man in the past in there when buying a tablet. If not for that it would get 1 star. Be careful who you're served by in there basically!

Went into the L1, 3 store and was ably assisted by the staff. Despite my trepidation of technology, I found the experience didn't aggravate my anxiety overly and I was soon put at ease by the friendly staff who were amazed to see my old phone - a Nokia 8210e that I'd had since 2001. They were exceedingly helpful and even offer a discovery session for those completely out of their depth with their new phone. A really great experience with knowledgable staff. Well done 3! These youngsters are boss!

Just came in to shop to enquire about upgrade was approached right away by lee who explained what i could upgrade to he was very knowledgeable about the products and went through different models of phone i agreed to change to a better model of phone based on his knowledge he was very friendly and then he passed me over to tom who was the technical guy from samsung who took me over to his desk and explained everything about my new phone and he was able to transfer all my stuff off old phone to new one i have to say both were very friendly and gave me a lot of satisfaction about getting my new phone thanks again tom and lee definetley will recommend to others

After a few hours one sim was marketed and they claim the son used all the volume.
