This is my go-to repair shop from now on. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, going the extra mile to solve your problems. The prices are really good and waiting times minimal, it's a one of a kind, to be honest, and they do provide warranty for their work. I went there several time and this was consistent, it was a life saver to be honest. I previously made the mistake of going to another shop on the same street, thinking it was this one, so I would advise to be extra careful with your directions so you don't go to the repair shop up the street by accident, as it is unsafe at best - in the other one, they'd charge you more and, in my case, they broke several components of my macbook when repairing its keyboard - which broke down as well after a few weeks. However, this shop (near Paddy Power) was always 100% trustworthy and would not take advantage if they see you're not from the UK and unfamiliar with the procedures & prices.

I’ve been having troubles with my MacBook Pro for months now due to the battery needing replacing. I finally got round to taking it into 647 Internet Café today, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! They replaced my battery and it now feels like a brand new computer. On top of that, it was all done under an hour and with a smile - doesn’t get much better than that. I also use this shop whenever I need any printing done and they never fail to provide stellar service. Couldn’t recommend this place enough, don’t bother going anywhere else in the area, these guys have got you covered ;)

I walked in there thinking I was going to spend slightly under 500. This was not the case. The owner is kind and far too honest!!! He taught me how to fix the issues and didn't charge me anything. After my iPhone X screen cracked, I called Apple to ask about their repair services. Not only was it so expensive but also it was a hassle as they were saying they would take up to 3 to 4 days to diagnose the problem and fix it. Original Issues Amended- My original dealings with this company was rough to say the least, I had a bad experience with getting my phone repaired, I left my angry, but honest review of the store and never expected to have anything else to do with it. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call from the man I had originally spoken to about my phone. He apologized at length for my experiences at the store and offered to have my phone repaired to it's expected outcome and to refund me a portion of my original payment as a token of his apologies. He was true to his word and has redeemed the quality of his store, he even gave me a call after I picked up my phone to make sure I was happy. That's above and beyond and should serve as the only reason you need to bring your phone here- he cares about the quality of his service and will go to great lengths to ensure customer satisfaction.

Before I write my review I see that this business tries to pretend every bad review is fake... Yes, it was a real repair, I am not one of your "many competitors" or a fake review bot. I can even give you my repair number it you want. Can't fault the phone repair (brought it in for a new screen). They did a perfect job with it. Loses stars for very bad communication, and another for not being straight up with the time it would take. Told me they would phone to let me know when the new screen arrived, but they didn't (I had to phone them). They then didn't seem to want to give me a courtesy call to let me know that the phone was ready. Seems a little off, given that a screen repair cost upwards of £130. The gentleman who was at the shopfront unfortunately mumbles, and this lead to two different miscommunication (firstly, the price and secondly the warranty for the repair). It is also one of those dodgy places that don't actually tell you any of the terms of conditions, but writes them in small print all over the shop table and expects you to read them all.

January 2019 I wanted to thank Ahmed and his team for their first class customer care. My daughter changed my phone contract (to save me money) and a new Iphone 6 arrived to replace my ancient Nokia (which I thought was fine but my children sneered at). The staff in the shop are so kind - I can't thank them enough for getting me started - sorting out sim card issues which would have been beyond me and giving me a lesson in answering calls and texting. The lovely new second hand laptop they sold me earlier this year got stolen when we were burgled this week. They were so nice about it and kind to me as I was shaken by the burglary. Once again I have returned home with a lovely secondhand laptop with nice big screen and incredibly clear keyboard - Toshiba this time, last time it was a Samsung. Also bought my daughter a second hand laptop there for her birthday last month with which she is very pleased - she previously had a Mac of some sort but prefers this.
