K. B.This is probably the best iPhone repair shop in Bethnal Green. I broke my phone on my way home and although it was closing time, they sorted out my iPhone like new again! these guys are trustworthy and do a very thorough service.
I found the Cityikon repair shop - no waiting time, smooth, polite, easy and had my iPhone back in less than 30 minutes - you guys made my year, literally.
A. “. A.Cityikon pulled off a tricky repair (USB-C port replacement for Pixel 3XL) at a good price (50 quid). Up front, the technician also warned me that due to the construction of the phone, there was a 50/50 chance of the screen being damaged at additional 120 quid cost of replacement due to the nature of how the device is construction, and I appreciate being made aware of this and what'd happen if so. They did a great job, and my screen was fine, turning around the whole repair in a day. Quite professional and trustworthy feeling, compared to some of the dodgy high-street phone shops around.
B. G.Outstanding! I thought I had to repair the USB C connector but when I brought the phone in the staff removed all the dust from the connector and that fixed it. They also suggested a fix for the bringing back the battery to a good status. Amazing! By the way, also very helpful and patient at the phone when I asked for information.

Cityikon is one of the most professional computer repair shop I’ve ever dealt with in any field. They probably know more about all aspects of computer industry than anyone else. My laptop had been extremely damaged— I was pretty sure this laptop going to be dead but everything works perfectly now. I will be going back for all my personal and business repairs.

a. k.Delighted with the service received. Come in a while in an emergency needed a pay as you go phone for work. They were very helpful and understanding throughout the whole process, ended buying a Samsung J5 . Would definitely recommend them.
a. m.My phone wouldn't charge one morning. I took it to Cityikon, they told me it might be the battery, I came back two hours later, they said they fixed it. I tried to call someone in the shop but the phone would simply reboot. So they kept the phone overnight, and the next day they told me they forgot to put the case for the proximity sensor, and that's why it was shutting down. The phone seemed to work fine while I was in their shop, but as soon as I got home, problems started appearing. The phone would reset randomly, get stuck in a boot loop, and, in the end, it didn't start at all.
The phone was not fixed, so they offered to give me a refund, which was very nice of them. They were very friendly and they tried to help, but the truth is, when modern phones break down, there's not a lot you can do; you're better off buying a new one. Always back up your data!
