I first booked an appointment and when I arrived they immediately said they have ordered the screen and it should come between 2 to 3 days later.
When I came back I gave them my phone and came back within the next hour and it was done, it looks like I just bought a new phone.

I. H.Having made an enquiry three weeks ago to change my phone battery, I was promised a call to let me know when the battery was in. Unfortunately I didn’t receive the call.
That said, when i called again, they had batteries in stock and they saw me immediately and within 20 minutes changed my battery. They were professional and courteous.
This could have been a 1 star review had i not called back, but having experienced them I would use them again.

D.UPDATE - so I've recently used Fixfactor again and these guys are just as great as they were when I left the gushing feedback below 3 years ago!!
On 3 different occassions over a week they opened up my laptop to give me advice on how to instal RAM/extra storage - each time talking me through what I needed to do and where I'd gone wrong. They were genuine in trying to help and despite the repeated visits they didn't charge me for their time despite frankly being justified in doing.
3 years later they're just as friendly, professional and helpful as they were when I orginally asked their help!

Really friendly, professional and very helpful. Gave me clear expectations on required pricing and repair times, and kept me updated by text. As spare parts for my coal-powered laptop just aren't available anymore, they didn't charge me despite all the time researching the issue and spare parts. Highly recommended!
L. D.I had an accident with beer and a Macbook Pro, and thought I would have to replace it as I understood liquid damage to be very hard to fix. Found Fix Factor on google- they picked up the laptop via courier the same day (Monday) i sent in a request, and quoted me £99 for the clean. (courier fee understandably extra and I was happy to pay for the service). By Wednesday, I had received a message that the laptop was fully functioning, and best of all there was no damage to the hard drive/ files stored on the laptop. Received the laptop back by courier on Thursday, looking clean and brand new, and it is in perfect working condition.So impressed with Fix Factor, will be recommending to anyone who has device issues- bearing in mind this happened during lockdown and it was a 4 day turnaround, I am beyond happy with the service. D.Edit; just talked to Marcin on the phone and he told me it was human error that my phone has taken this long to fix as someone accidentally set the timeline to fix it to 2 weeks instead of 2 days, which is totally understandable. I haven’t got my phone back yet as they’re also replacing the cracked back for free as they want to make it up to me as I haven’t experienced the service I should be getting (although it’s nobody’s fault) and then I’ll hopefully get it back a day or 2 after that (if there aren’t any Royal Mail delays!)
I think companies can really show their worth when they try to put things right when things go wrong, and based on that, I think they’re a great company and would recommend them to others.
A little complicated to place my order, but once I got my head round the website, I managed to place my order online without a hitch. Unfortunately, that is the only thing that went well.
I placed my online order (#53854), paying an extra £18 on top of the standard delivery charge in order to upgrade my repair turnaround inc. shipping to 1-2 business days, to have my phone replaced on the evening of the 16th Feb (a Tuesday). If I could have, I would have gone direct to the Oxford Street store to get it repaired but this was not an option when trying to book an appointment, only the Wimbledon store (where I ended up sending my phone anyway) .
Immediately, I received a confirmation email giving me instructions on how to send it off and reminding me to backup if possible (but assuring me they don't intentionally delete data if I can't back it up). So far so good. I successfully sent off my phone at 12:25PM on Thursday the 18th Feb, paying for guaranteed 1PM delivery next day.
Unfortunately, this is where things started to go downhill. On Friday the 19th Feb, the The day my phone was supposed to be delivered, I get an email at 5:53PM saying 'Hi Olivia, This is a message regarding the repair. The ticket number: 11168' and a summary of all the information I gave them and a copy of their T&Cs, which I assumed was sort of acknowledgement that Fixfactor had received my phone, but I'm not 100% sure it was meant to be that.
Wondering where my phone was and why I had no communication since that email on the 19th of Feb, by which time my phone was supposed to have arrived (and iI later found out it had arrived by this point), I tracked my order on the Fixfactor website last night and a few minutes ago and it still says 'waiting for device'.
I hadn't been able to get the Royal Mail tracking number to work on various mobile devices, so finally decided to try on a laptop now (I thought I lost the receipt with the tracking number on so that's partially why I waited a while to track it) and lo and behold: Item was delivered on the 19th February, 2:35PM, signed for by Fixfactor. I get there might be a bit of a delay in updating the information, but it's been 5 working days and it still hasn't been updated, which is really unacceptable considering I paid almost £20 extra to have my phone FIXED and RETURNED within 1-2 business days. Given the fact it was received on the Friday means it should have been returned to me on either Monday the 22nd or Tuesday the 23rd (as you guys are closed on the weekends and weekends aren't business days).
Thank god I kept the SIM card on my phone. I'll update this if and when I get my phone back but this doesn't exactly fill me with confidence... I feel like this could be a scam, otherwise I would have been properly kept up to date via email like I was kept up to date via phone about my data recovery with my hard drive & laptop (until I sent the phone off and forgot to switch the SIM cards in my backup phone). I'm sorry but I cannot recommend these people. If only iSmash had had a charging port in stock, I wouldn't be in this situation. Under your Terms and Conditions, I'd like to request my phone back ASAP and a refund of all costs paid, since if the order tracker hasn't been updated to acknowledge receiving my phone in 5 working days, I doubt you've started to repair it too.
S. K.I have trust and faith with fix factor.
My first problem (Summer 2020) with a waterlogged keyboard which needs replacing. Over a period of 3-4 weeks my machine kept randomly hanging. The Fixfactor team took it up a challenge to do proper root cause analysis to understand what was causing the problem. Any other company would have given up but these folks did not give up.
Eventually they identified that the replacement keyboard was faulty and shorting the motherboard. And the problem was resolved.
Recently (Jan 2021) I needed to get my battery replaced on my laptop within 24-hour it was picked up, replaced and returned the same evening!
I would not go anywhere else if I had a problem with my computer or mobile or any gadget.

Very, enthusiastic about the work they do, they knew the trade second to no one, from software issues in both PC and Apple environments. Though hardware service (they do not stop at phones and computers as they were able to repair sophisticated measuring laser device for me too!!) to data recovery FixFactor is trusty, reliable partner as your IT backup. Unfortunately Fixfactor did not have the parts so it had to be ordered, so it took about a week before I could get my perfectly fixed phone back, however this was due to circumstances beyond Fixfactor's control, coupled with the fact that, it was over a bank holiday weekend; just my luck, I suppose! Keeping customers updated could be improved though, and pricing should be more transparent.
F. G.I brought my phone to Fixfactor in Wimbledon twice for two different reasons and I have always found the staff very professional and responsive both via email and phone. Recently I cracked the screen and it got replaced with a component from a different manufacturer due to the global pandemic hitting the suppliers in Asia. However, as soon as the parts from the original manufacturer were available they called me back in the shop to replace my screen again free of charge. Now my phone works perfectly and I couldn't be more satisfied.
Someone may think Fixfactor services may seem a little pricier. Personally, I wouldn't risk to have a bad job carried out to an expensive smartphone for sake of save a few quids. Plus, with Fixfactor you get 6 months warranty on the repair which is another reason to choose them.
I rarely write reviews unless I am well impressed and this is one of those rare occasions. No doubts I would bring my phone to Fixfactor again if I need to.

However, it turned out not to be so straightforward, as the new screen was not connecting correctly... the guys continued to investigate and ordered a couple more screens to check where the issue was coming from. P. G.This is a quality establishment, I went in having been told by another establishment that I had a broken power button on my iPhone 6 which needed a full replacement. However, having gone into Raphone, they didn't commit to what the issue was but said they would take a look and give me a quote. Low and behold it was a huge dust build up which they cleared for a lower price. They could have easily said "yes you need a new component" and charged me for parts and labour but instead they were honest and I was out the door in 5 mins. As I said, this is a quality establishment and can be trusted. Also the guys working there are super friendly and take great pride in their work!

J.Absolutely excellent service. I attended at their Wimbledon office having failed t and not the website)o book an appointment on the website d uring the Coronsvirus lockdown(almost certainly my fault).
I was convinced that I needed a replacement charging port for my I Phone. Within a minute or two the fault was diagnosed as a small amount of debris lodged in the port. I left with a fully working 'phone a few seconds later having paid a very small fee.
I shall certainly use FixFactor again and will not hesitate to reccommend them to others.

After calling half a dozen mobile phone repair outlets and experiencing indifference he and his colleague were a breathe of fresh air with such good customer service. I had ran over my phone after leaving it on the roof of the car and miraculously the only damage was to the internal speaker. No parts were available so they improvised (a lost art today) and it was fixed while I waited. Kind, helpful and efficient. Can't recommend highly enough!

They just replaced my broken iPad glass with a tempered glass, and it works better than it did before the break. My screen had a smash in, found some other Pixel 2/2XL owners post reviews for the same issue and can confirm that these guys are excellent. P. D.If you are a Google Pixel or Pixel 2XL owner in London then this is the place to go for screen repairs. I live in East London and extensive Google searching yielded few places that might be able to help me. Those that could wanted £250 for the repair. The guys at Raphone were very helpful over the phone and the online appointment system on their website is really handy and inspires confidence that you will be attended to when you arrive. A quick call before hand to ensure they have the part you need is always a good idea. I arrived about 45 minutes before my appointment time but there were no dramas and they took the phone and got to work on it soon after rather than leave it until the appointment time. Almost bang on the time they said it would be ready it was. Very polite and friendly service and despite the long trip for me I would use them again and recommend them to others.

I was looking to repair the back glass of my Mate 20 Pro. I compared the price, location and convenience of a number of different stores and came upon Fixfactor.
With two convenient locations (south west and central london), the ability to pre-book appointments most days / hours of the week, and the repair being below the total quoted repair cost - using genuine parts - being less than the *part cost alone* from Huawei, it was a no brainer on the surface.
Closer to the appointment, they called to let me know that the part had not yet arrived, but they were expecting the part later in the same day and I could come in at a convenient time for me. Not their fault, sure, and I was happy with the pre-warning and commitment to not wasting my time. When I got to the store, they were clear again about the price, they showed me the part to confirm authenticity, and they explained in detail what would be checked / repaired and were very informative in answering any questions I had about third-party repair. Repair took less than the hour quoted, as well.
Very happy with the repair, phone looks as-new again!

P. D.What can I say? I was close to buying a new phone as mine had stopped charging. Turns out all it needed was a quick, efficient and professional replacement of the charging port by these guys.
The service they offer is so convenient. I rang them up and they confirmed within less than a minute that - provided it was the charging port - they had the parts in stock and they could do a repair in about 40 mins. If there was anything else they'd ring me first before doing further repairs.
Dropped my phone off in my lunch break, collected it - fully functional again - after work. They let you do a thorough check of all the functions upon collection. In fact, they MAKE you do it. I like people that have confidence in their own work.
Those that can't get to the Wimbledon area can post their stuff and book the repair online. Fab.

I didn't hold out much hope as my screen went green and unresponsive and I couldn't get the battery out of my phone so the power was on longer than it should have been. As soon as I walked into the shop, I felt comfortable dealing with them, they were really friendly (with decent banter!) and extremely knowledgeable, they explained what they usually do for water damaged phones and even took the back off my phone and showed me the damage. I got told I would get an update on Saturday and get a final answer on Monday, but on Saturday late morning I got an email saying that my phone has been throughly cleaned and is working and I can collect it whenever is suitable for me! When we got there they were very friendly, the shop was clean, and it looks professional.
I left my phone (htc u11)with them and if they found a problem they needed answer to they rang my boyfriend and got it sorted.
The issue I can in with was a broken screen, spiders webbing down from the top right. They noticed a crack on the back, but I didn't need that part fixed. They warned of possible problems before fixing.
The phone was fixed within the time scale they gave. The phone was given back looking like new (except for the crack fix on the back I decided not the get fix).
The great thing is the the phone works better than what it was like before it broke. I can now hear people on calls better, typing is working with few typing errors and people on calls with me can hear me better too.
I would highly recommend Raphone to others.
M. D.I visited Repairaphone on Saturday 17 March to get the screen on my Pixel 2 XL fixed. I didn't want to send it to CTDi in Poland, as suggested by the Google support website, and be without my phone for 10 days.
The guys at Repairaphone are incredibly friendly and helpful and managed to complete the repair in around 90 minutes. The work cost £220 but the results are flawless and the work is backed by a three-month guarantee.
I will definitely use these guys again but, obviously, hope I never have to!

R. P.Quick Mobile Fix were useless. They said they couldn't do an express repair but stated they could get it done within 3 days. I dropped it off for a speedy fix and even then the guy booked it in under the wrong phone model. After a week they stated they had to order the part, makes you wonder what they were doing for a week. Then for each following week they said they hadn't received the part and had to order it. Should arrive in a few days and it would be repaired as a priority. After a month of getting the same update each week I realised this was going nowhere so I cancelled the repair and got the phone returned. The return and refund were the only quick things they did.
Went to Raphone in Wimbledon instead who ordered the part immediately so I could get the phone repaired next day. They called to confirm the part had arrived. I dropped by and it was done in a couple hours. Top job, couldn't fault them. Highly recommended.

If you have a Xiaomi Mi phone for repair, Fix Factor should be your first stop. I have had an expensive failed repair before, but Fix Factor know the product. They provided an me with an excellent service. My OEM part was ordered and I was notified when it came in. I brought the phone in and it was repaired within 2 hrs.
The standard of the repair is first class. My Mi Mix 2s Phone looks like it just come out the Factory and everything works as it should, perfectly. This is my repairer of choice for Xiaomi mobile phones and I highly recommend Fix Factor as a long term Mi phone user.

Out of all the places I tried, these guys were the only ones to give me constant updates on what was going on without me having to ask (email, calls and voicemails), identify the fault and tell me they could fix my phone.
Once place had my HTC 10 for three weeks and ended up wiping all my data without me realising till Raphone.
In the end I decided not to go through with the repair (as all my data was gone anyways) but sold my phone to them in a damaged condition 20% more than what other places (e.g. carphone warehouse) were offering.
Can't fault the service, very professional company.

They had to order the screen, they offered me the Sony replacement or a cheaper screen (more reasonably than two other places I tried) and when I lamented that I couldn't wait 3-5 days because I was going on holiday, super raphone man made a phone call and said he could get it the next day. A quick trip to the wilds of the sw and my phone was fixed in 2 hours. And it looks like new and it works perfectly.
