A real gentleman. My son had a problem with his SIM card and could not get his mobile to work. We were passing through Finsbury Park and went into this shop to see if they could help. The young men who run Fone Us are pleasant, and very helpful. Of course, the proof of the pudding is in the eating, so the performance of the device I bought will be decisive in the rating I finally give. For now, they lose a star because of all that pre-Christmas faff with a new battery (too boring to recount here). That was £39 and 4 weeks down the drain, as it turned out. They'll get a star back if the handset I bought at a very competitive price lives up to its guarantee. (Later:) It has, so, gladly, they do!

Workmanship is amazing like a team of phone masters, mended my phone in 2hours, took the phone to Apple and they said they can't fix it but will charge £300+ to replace the phone and this shop fixed it for less the half the price and in 2 hours Thank you for your service best shop in town. Ali and his staff went above and beyond for us. Good price and communication, and repaired a phone that had got wet within 24 hours. Great customer service. Honestly can't relate to the negative reviews on here. They also did a great job on my mum's phone.

I received *gold-standard* customer service from a charming and very helpful employee who clearly was much more interested in helping me than squeezing money out of me. They fixed my smashed iphone 5s in a matter of minutes while I was invited to sit down on a comfy sofa at the back of the store. I'd originally feared my phone was beyond repair, so was looking to buy a second hand phone. The team at Fone Us actively wanted to help me save money by repairing rather than selling me the most expensive product they could get away with. They were kind and professional throughout and also fitted me with a screen protector. The repair is on a 3 month warranty so I can return if I have any problems, and be sorted out free of charge. I've lived in the area for 25 years and hadn't used this shop before as I hadn't noticed it. Today I learnt that this is a family-run business that has been here 25 years too! I will be returning for any further phone / electrical needs. Thank you Fone Us!
