Couldn't have been more helpful. Mohammed took good care of my phone, contacted me to keep me informed of actions to be taken, posted it back to me in well packed packaging, all this for a very reasonable price. I cannot recommend this particular shop highly enough. Will definitely use them again as needed for all repairs of my peripherals.

Went in for a screen repair. Was a bit reluctant at first, but I was wrong! Super fast service, maybe slightly more expensive than other options but totally worth it for the quality. Five stars, definitely coming back for future repairs.

My iPhone 7 Plus screen was damaged and I went to Apple to repair it and they said it cannot be done and I happen to see Fone world shop and out of curiosity I entered into their shop and I was amazed they fixed my iPhone screen completely looks new, they are reasonable in charges.

I have a Sansung Galaxy A70,phone which stopped working on Tuesday 23/03/2022. I was,afforded Excellent service provided by a sales assistant/ engineer called Danni at Fone World,Westfield . I have an existing contract with 02 at Westfield and insurance. My contract ends in 3 months. I need my phone urgently and O2 advised me to go online at Samsung and book an appointment to go to Samsung Oxford street. I keep in contact,with an elderly relative daily. My phone was repaired at Phone World within a day and the helpful staff,who repaired my phone at Fone world delivered the repaired phone to my address. I would have to wait a long time if I went to a Samsung for assistance. The service provided by Danni was first class and I recommend Fone World to friends and family due to the service I received by Danni at Fone World. I was not afforded the first class service by O2. Fone World(Danni) provided that service.Thanks,Danni for your service and first class customer service. You are an asset to Fone World.
