Nick is an absolute sweetheart. Great communication, super quick service. I had two items sorted. One being a PS4 repair and the other a iPhone battery replacement. Highly recommend Nick & his team and will certainly be using them in the future.

Saved my life!! My phone battery kept failing and suddenly find yourself with no google maps and unpredictable power! I found Fones and Tones on google - and Nick could come out to me at home the next day!! Oh wow fantastic service, great communication.... turned up when he said he would and fantastic value for a mobile 'mobile' service. Id recommend him to anyone who needs repairs and battery replacement - he made my life so much easier!! For a service like this you need to be able to trust someone - my business is run from my phone most of the time and I cant afford for it to go wrong so Im very glad to have found 'Fones and Tones"!

Fantastic service. On first phone call Nick gave me good advice for free. When I called back the next day he arranged to pick up my phone close to where I live, then dropped it off at my door the next day (a Sunday). Phone fully repaired - service above and beyond, thanks Nick!

Had a Samsung S9 which wouldn't charge. Found Fones and Tones on Google and as they were local I gave them a call. Spoke to a nice chap named Nick who asked me to bring in the mobile. Once the device was taken to the shop it was left with Nick. He took roughly an hour and gave me a call to explain the issue and what the charge would be. I went ahead as the price was very fair. Nick then dropped my phone back to me himself. AMAZING service! AMAZING price! Super nice guy! I could not recommend enough! I'll be sure to return for other devices in the near future.

Literally cannot recommend this guy enough. If I could I would give him a 10 out of 10 star rating. Over the years I’ve had to use Nick many times being so clumsy with my phones. Nick has always been very friendly and helpful and he is my go to person when I needed advice with my iPhones and iPads and laptops. After using other people and being let down by them using not good quality phone screens I then found Nick and I can vouch for him that all of his stuff that he uses is of high quality. Offering the pick up and drop off service is ideal for people like me who don’t drive. Nick has a quick turnaround in fixing phone screens and can do it whilst you wait. There isn’t many people that I would leave my iPhone With or any other of my devices. Nick is very trustworthy and always puts 100% into the jobs that he does. I’ve now known Nick for several years And recommend him to all my family and friends who have never been disappointed by his work. He’s always willing to offer advice ect and answer any questions that I may have regarding my devices.
