Excellent service. My thanks to Hasan who took time to listen to my issues. I upgraded to Samsung A12 for £23 a month compared to other who were pushing me to get over £40 line rental on high end phones. I am really happy with the outcome. The store is good. Good stuff. Busy during lunch time. So take time. My only issue is parking. But if you ask the staff in the store they will give a permit for 6 hours parking. Try them out.

Mos (store manager) called me and explained all the deals available so when I went to store it was done in a quick succession. Obviously the new covid law has changed so much. Please take time to deal in the store. These boys are very busy. Good service but be patient.

Nice people, Knowledgeable staff, straight talking no nonsense. Occasionally will get you some good deals especially with their old school cashback offers. Not too keen on them pushing their 'iq' virtual phone network though. Worth a visit even if it's just to compare prices with online retailers.
