I have previously smashed my brand new iPhone X screen and went to my local phone shop, I was charged a ridiculous price to find my phone not working 2 weeks later. When i took it back they refused to repair it again and put the blame on me. Then a friend of mine recommended the gadget store as I’ve heard they always done a great job. I then took my phone to the store and the atmosphere was very friendly and professional. I had a very young funny gentlemen with curly hair serving me who even offered a drink whilst I waited. They were very helpful and quoted a reasonable price. They managed to fix my phone to a high standard within a day. I have had no problem ever since. To top it off I was offered a warranty in case of any further problems. Thank you very much to the whole team for the excellent service provided. I finally left a phone repair shop with a smile. I can confidently say you will not leave the gadget store unsatisfied :-)

I popped into this shop and I was totally surprised to discover in a small place such a big preoccupation with the quality of the service, attention to detail and customer care! I was looking for a screen protection, a temperate glass for my mobile. Paul, the guy who attended me, was not only professional but also very nice. He tried the first screen protection but he took it off telling me that doesn't fit properly, then he tried with another one. But again he told me that he is not 100% happy with the way it fitted. I couldn't see any faulty but he insisted he doesn't want to sell me something for which he can not guarantee. He offered me the screen protection for free as a courtesy of the shop and suggest me to change it within few weeks. Thank you ! I definitely recommend this shop !

I dropped my iPhone 6s and it was completely broken apart. I have been to many phone shops in London but Gadget store has got to be the best! Being from west London I will still make that journey and return to them.
