Last week to ask for price and best price I could find and was also given a student discount and also a free screen protector. Went this week and they fixed my phone and it was perfect they also put the screen protector on. These guys are true professionals. I went in to get my phone screen replaced but a further issue was discovered which meant my phone would no longer turn on. The process to fix the phone itself took a few weeks to sort out as they had to investigate and order multiple new parts but they continued to communicate in a transparent manner and eventually got the phone fixed at a fair price.

I dropped my phone, the screen didn't smash but the touch screen didn't function at all. I popped over to hb phone centre and they replaced it within the hour. The process is very simple and the service was friendly. Also, when your phone doesn't work its great to get it fixed right away (rather than send it away for 7 days!). Would definitely recommend!

This place has got to have the best customer service among the iPhone/electronic repair stores that I've visited. I had a silicone bead stuck in my iMac headphone jack, and they speedily and effortlessly removed it. When I offered to pay, the guy who repaired it insisted that it wouldn't cost anything. I'm not just leaving a good review because I didn't have to pay, but because of how accommodating and helpful the staff were in general to not only me, but the other patrons of the store. Definitely recommend!

Ok, now I don’t want to get too carried away but this place is incredible and saved me a load of money. I went to Apple as I had a quiet speaker on my iPhone. They “cleaned” it but it didn’t fix it. They also did a software check and said my speaker was broken and would cost £150.00. Luckily I didn’t do it straight away and found hb phone centre. They actually cleaned it and the speaker is as good as new. It took 30 seconds for them to do, no appointment and didn’t even charge me. Incredibly nice guys and top service. I also found out that if I did need to fix the speaker with hb phone it would cost a quarter of the price with them than it would with Apple. Amazing 👏 Like

4 months ago After being told by Apple the phone wasn't repairable (and it would be £330 for a replacement) these guys fixed it for £35 in under an hour on a Sunday.
