S.I can't rate this company highly enough. The battery and fan on my MacBook Pro needed replacing so I dropped it off and it was repaired in about 3 hours, they also replaced one of my speakers at no extra cost. Also, their charges are less than most Apple repair places I've tried. They're friendly, professional and their customer service is second to none. Very happy customer!

e. b.Today I had a quite bad day, my computer crashed on me. My Macbook Pro just decided to leave me, because Apple had some issues regarding their new software. I went to the Apple Store (White City) in search for any help. I am a student so you can imagine that my computer is my main source of earning and study during this outbreak. I got no help from them, not a single good word or advice, do it yourself they said😔. I was walking on the streets in search for someone to help, and by mistake I so ISMART store. I asked for some help on updating my Macbook. To which their employees where ready to help. I had my computer fixed in less then 30 minutes as well as getting great communication during the process which made my day. In the end, I got everything think fixed at a very convenient price, as well as getting through this bad day as a winer.

I'd taken it to another repair store before them and all the bloke in there did was try and sell me a new one. engineers here repaired it and managed to recover the data at a very reasonable price and I had them install new software and updates, as well. Great service, I'm really lucky to have found them. Otherwise, I'd be stuck with an unnecessary instalment plan for a new laptop, when I have so many other things I do need to spend my money on. A. b.Amazing customer care and service; paid for express service as I spilt squash on my laptop and had a coursework essay on there that was due in less than 48 hours and didn't back it up and they came literally in less than an hour to pick up my laptop, updated me throughout the night on its process of retrieving data and in the morning, was told good news and given back the laptop - this was all under 24 hours. Honestly the best customer service and care: Apple was useless and really condescending and rude to me when I asked for mere advice; this is a much better service and The Mac People in general are such friendly people who will give you advice when needed and when you ask. For express service, the price was worth it and much less than what Apple themselves would probably have asked from me. Amazing overall.

M.Quick repair for MacBook Pro 2017 liquid damage fixed in a day .at quite reasonable price, went to Amsys quoted me £1150 that was absolutely mad price I was was told it would take 2 weeks I was recommended by a friend to go to iSmart. I was so reliefed when they told me it will be fixed the same for £550 for the entire logic board and a screen that is less than half price with a year warranty on the whole machine .
Very happy I would recommend them to anyone anytime .

MacBook pro retina 2015 . It was quite expensive (at £279.99) but less than half the price from Apple (at £490) for a genuine apple screen . The repair was performed in 60 minutes and looks fantastic like new . I would certainly use again for any apple repairs. one year warranty provided

There may seem to be quite a few computer shops in the area , but I can assure you not as good in service, knowledge and value than iPLus.
I'm already planning to return to purchase a tablet for my son.

After spilling some water on my MacBook I went into an absolute frenzie but I google repiair centres and much to my surprise these heros were open at 10pm ( they stay open till 11 and if you are just nice enough they’ll keep the shop open till your device is fixed). I rushed to the store and Ian promised to help me out. I had all my work on there and was going into a important presentation the next morning.I NEEDED MY LAPTOP AND MY DATA. P. T.iPhone x crakced back and front ! I had to stop in to get my phone repaired while on vacation. I dropped it and it was non functional.
