S.Got my cracked screen for S20 Ultra replaced in half an hour during a busy period and Polsash was excellent and very helpful. Great service and experience!
M. C.Nick and Polash were amazing, I gave my phone into iSmash Tuesday afternoon after dropping it into the Thames. After a quick diagnostic they let me know the screen would need replacing. It was ready by the next day, which was amazing considering the amount of sludge and water left inside the phone! Fantastic, speedy service, highly recommend. Big shout out to Nick for working so hard on it!
M. B.Great service and I had to wait a maximum of 45 min to have my phone screen fixed. Nearby paid parking and coffee shop within the light box which is great while waiting for the phone to be fixed

A. J.Screen replaced in under an hour plus café on-site. Ironically you can park on Power Road but only pay by telephone. Not easy when you can't read your mobile's screen.

Very impressed with their professional and responsive service. They offer a free mail-in service via Royal Mail 24 hour tracking. Excellent communication via phone and email throughout the process and phone returned within 3 days. Would definitely recommend this business.
M. I.My battery on my 7 iPhone played up and somebody from my work IT department recommended iSmash. I booked an appointment, arrived at the Chiswick branch and received the most efficient, helpful and friendly service from the receptionist (sorry forgot the my apology). Got the battery changed, a phone MOT and a new screen cover for a very good price. Polash (who did the work on the phone) even helped me to re-set up the touch button. I will use them from now on for everything concerning my iPhone.
