I don’t leave reviews very often but this time I had to. My phone wouldn’t turn on after dropping it in the bathtub and I went to Apple store and they sadly told me it’s not possible to retrieve my data. This was very important to me as I lost my lovely cat a few weeks ago and the photos saved on my iPhone were the only memory I had. I decided to try another store and I am so happy I did. The guy working there Divyesh said he’ll try to fix it and to my surprise he did. He was so friendly and Ismash are lucky to him. I am so happy I got the pictures and now saved them on a USB stick. Highly recommend.

Not bad. I got the back of my phone replaced after it smashed. When they handed it back, my screen protector was all scratched, quite badly. They didn't have an issue in replacing the screen cover when I raised the issue, but it just seemed the repair was done a bit carelessly. They don't seem to have a soft work surface to use when the phones are screen down on the bench. Lucky I had a screen protector to replace, and it wasn't my screen that was scratched.

Sami was the most helpful human I have ever encountered, I came in last week with my headphone jack stuck in the port and a cracked screen with also a faulty charging port. The price originally for my phone was £109.99 which I thought was pretty much but Sami had managed to discount the price for me reasonably and removed the headphone jack giving my dock a full clean out for no further cost! In doing so I felt oblidged to fully protect my device with a tech21 case along with tempered glass and charging cable. Thanks Sami for being great! 100% recommend!!

Wife dropped her iPhone in the morning. Googled for repairs and came across iSmash. Fenchurch Place was my nearest branch. The shop is round the front of the station rather than the side as Google seems to think! Even though I didnt have an appointment, the guys fitted me in and the phone was ready before I'd finished my lunch hour. I decided to take the glass screen cover they recommended. Sameer and Lucian in Fenchurch Place are very helpful and I would definitely recommend utilising their skills if your smartphone or tablet is damaged - I attempted to replace the screen on my daughters iphone - was somewhat hamfisted about it but these guys repaired the damage I caused and replaced the screen within a few hours. much commended 6 stars!

iSMASH SAVES THE DAY : I had just received my new iPhone 8 and by mistake I inserted my sim card into sim slot without the cradle. Result was a totally unusable phone. My existing provider just refused to do anything with it although the phone was less than 2 hrs old !!! Lucian and Sameer at iSmash came to rescue and were able to pull the sim out in 5 minutes and get the phone back into working order . Saved me money , hassle and embarrassment and didn't charge anything for the service. KEEP IT UP GUYS.

My phone Samsung Galaxy S6 went totally dead on me and all the guys at work tried to resuscitate it to no avail. Went to Ismash in Fenchurch St and a technician there, his name is Lucian fixed it in less than 1 second. He did his magic touch on my phone and it came back to life. He was such a nice person and so eager to help (even though the other person on the phone was saying to leave my phone and they would get back to me in 4-5 days) But Lucian asked to look at my phone and he fixed it just like that. Very helpful staff who took time to explain in detail what the issue with my phone was They pricematch a screen replacement and made the repair withing 30 minutes of leaving the store Cheaper by about 20% than the manufacturers repair quote and there is no noticeable difference as far as I can see Will definitely use again should the need arise
