About 6.5 months ago I smashed my phone screen to the point where the screen would not even turn on. I came to here to get it repaired and they had it looking good as new within a couple hours. I was concerned about my phone not working properly afterwards but it still works like a gem. Super friendly staff as well so I highly recommend! (I have a Google pixel 2 for those wondering)

Excellent Customer Service and professionalism. I went in with a problem with my Macbook that Apple had quoted me £250 to fix. Really positive experience of this place. My phone screen was completely smashed and unusable but they fixed it in 45 minutes. Now, it looks brand new! They also put on a screen protector at a reduced rate because I was having the screen fixed which was a definite bonus. Very friendly service as well.

Very friendly service! my Xiaomi phone wasn't responding for 2 days when I tried to turn it on. When I asked here, they told me they don't offer Xiaomi services but even then they asked what the problem was, they took my phone and after 15 minutes it turned on!! Didn't charge me anything for it, thank you! I don't know if they will solve your problem for sure but I cant imagine a better service than this.

Absolute first class service. My mobile phone screen was cracked and the phone was unusable. Called up first to check they could do it and then went in to drop it off. Staff were very friendly and helpful and explained the process - instead of just replacing the screen as some other companies do, they actually replace the whole casing which is far better. Left it with them and a few hours later I got an email to say it had been fixed. Very please and would not hesitate to recommend.

THE BEST ismash I have ever been to, cannot rate highly enough. Gabriel went so far above and beyond the call of duty and managed to save all my photos and data (smashing it at a party and completely disabling the phone with 77 weeks of no backups was pretty scary). If iSmash do employee of the year, it needs to go to Gabriel - he was so patient even though I arrived just before closing, and stayed late to ensure that the phone was fixed. His knowledge was second to none, I'd honestly trust this guy with heart surgery. I'm sorry it's taken me so long to write this BUT I DIDN'T FORGET!!! 100000000/10 for service, empathy and banter. Have had no problems with the phone since, if anything it works better than it did before!

Excellent service and value. I had a problem with my iPad Pro’s logic board since I used an aftermarket charger for 30 seconds which ruined my IC charging abilities completely. The unit would not turn in since my battery would not charge at all. The staff at this location repaired it back to new with no hassles. Highly recommended!

Amazing place. Having queued up to have my phone fixed, and expecting to walk away because of the price, the brilliant triage person at the front managed to fix the problem with my phone (a clogged up charging port) within a few minutes - and did so without charge; something that lesser places would not do. I have just been into iSmash and they have fixed the problem with my (old and usually trusty) iPhone 5s. It has gradually been getting more and more difficult to get it to charge and I went to iSmash to find out the price of a new charging port, thinking it might instead be cheaper to get a new phone. It turns out that it just needed a good clean, which iSmash did for free and refused to accept even a thank you payment. Excellent service and great that they weren't prepared to try and sell me something I didn't need (it makes a change!).

But the iSmash team member ran a quick diagnostics and said the battery was still mostly ok; instead he showed me how to make sure I use the battery effectively. The team at Fleet Street really deserve their continuous 5 star rating. Magda and the engineer (my fault for not getting his name...😬 sorry) replaced my iPhone 6 battery in the allotted time of 30mins. The service was fantastic and friendly. So let me start at the very beginning....keep reading trust me it’s worth it ....We initially went to Fenchurch street branch as this opened at 8 am and it was close to home now being Xmas eve we wanted to start our day early to get on with the whole Xmas palava . We needed a screen replacement doing .Now after checking their opening times we happily traveled down and waited, and waited and waited .....NO ONE even turned up to open the shop !🔒 By 9 am an American couple who had literally stepped off the plane had just dropped their luggage at a hotel close by had joined us outside the Fenchurch street branch they had dropped their phone at the airport and also was waiting on a screen replacement ,after they called the contact number and spoke to customer services to tell them there were a number of people waiting outside the shop they tried to contact the said employee who said he’d be there in 15 minutes ....yes you can guess that was optimistic 40 minutes later were all still outside Fenchurch street branch in the rain cold miserable and fuming😡.... but our knight in shining armour arrived... no not the employee from the Fenchurch branch but an angel from the FLEET STREET BRANCH 🤩 his name was Marshall he came and immediately apologised for the sheer cheek of the Fenchurch street branch he was on his phone to his tech guy Gabriel back at his branch FLEET STREET ( no I’m not jesting that was his name 😇)sorting out discounts for both myself and the American couple. We travelled down to the FLEET STREET BRANCH and true to his word they fixed my sons phone threw in a screen protector a case and one of those grip & stands clips ,now he did not need to do this as they wasn’t the ones who had a que of people waiting outside his shop on a cold miserable wet Xmas eve 🥶. But they was the ones who made a miserable Xmas eve (cause being the Fenchurch street branch😡😡😡)into a really positive and lovely day they are a great bunch at the FLEET STREET BRANCH 👍👍🙏🏽 I would not hesitate in a heartbeat to return or recommend this branch to anyone that needs a repair .... when I tell you there’s angels at the FLEET STREET BRANCH I know because I’ve met em .😇😇
