I’ve been to iSmash probably 4 times now, due to my own clumsiness when I’ve managed to break my iPhone. Each time they have been extremely helpful and got me up and running again in no time. The staff were super friendly. Mo went above and beyond, offered to watch my sleeping toddler in the car (in the rain) whilst I ran into the store to drop off my phone, even though I missed my appointment. I have never recieved that amount of empathy from a customer service worker in my life. The actual service was quick, I returned in 2 hours and my phone was fixed. Bit of a confused message on the iSmash website trying to get a replacement ipad screen so I called Kings Road shop direct. I couldn't get through due to some technical issues but to the shops credit they must have seen my number and I got a call back from the manager, Mo, within minutes. He then went the extra mile to determine whether they had the right screens in store, I dropped ipad off at 1330 and within 2 hours they called - all done. That's what I call brilliant customer service - great job, thank you!

Incredible service. Had previously been recommended this branch in particular. My phone had been run over by a car - leaving the screen completely shattered, which needed to be replaced and the camera fixed. I also had a laptop in need of repairs. I called ahead for a quote as I was aware there was an online booking discount only to be told that since I was on my way, they were happy to give me the online discount anyway. What I thought would be at least a 45min - 1hr service to completely repair my phone took 10 minutes and not only that - a protective screen was added free of charge (which, if damaged, they will repair for free). I was also advised on better types of casing for my phone without being sold one. Yuri and Shahid were exceptionally helpful - fast, transparent and professional. Excellent service at a great price!

I was amazed at the efficiency here: previous Apple store inspection classed iPad "beyond repair" (replacement offered £200+). My charger snapped off in port and iPad was also damaged. I phoned iSmash King's Road (Mo the Manager suggested a solution as they had a part in stock). Dropped off iPad 4pm and got it back with new port fitted the next morn. £60. Works perfectly. Amazing service and expertise, highly recommend.

Have just gotten my screen fixed and battery replaced at the iSmash branch on the Kings Road and couldn’t be happier. Had been to the carphone warehouse geek squad across the road who quoted me £120 for the screen repair and £30 for the battery replacement, and said my warranty wouldn’t cover the battery replacement due to the broken screen, and that I should just go to Apple. Randomly thought I’d check out iSmash, and was incredibly happy when both of my repairs together came to only £112!! The repair was done within an hour, and as I bought a screen protector they even fitted this for me during the repair free of charge, and gave me a free phone case! The staff were so so informative, helpful and friendly, and I would definitely recommend this branch and service to anyone!

Exceptional service! I wouldn't go anywhere else for repairs. I came in to iSmash to ask the team to diagnose the issue behind my faulty iPhone X buttons. My screen had been previously been 'fixed' by another phone repair service team, but handed back to me with a dysfunctional ringer, volume and lock buttons, which apparently, according to the first team, meant my iPhone X had further internal damage and would require a week more of lab diagnostics. iSmash explained that when the other team repaired my screen they simply didn't reconnect one of the internal flexes to the motherboard that would allow my ringer/volume/lock buttons to work. They were very transparent and honest with me, which I really appreciated. On top of that, the iSmash team further waived their own diagnostics fee and fixed my phone within minutes. A huge thank you to Divyesh, Kamil, Nicholas and Jack for being so helpful and kind!! If the King's Road team are anything to go by, then iSmash are easily the best phone repair business in London!

These guys are the best. Unfortunately I’ve had a terrible experience with the Bond Street branch who left me with a phone that no longer worked and told me it would need to be sent away at a cost of £150. I was on Kings Road and dropped by to see if they had the same ideas about it and they were mega helpful and low and behold- they fixed my phone and it’s now working perfectly. Well done on your transparency and helpfulness. It was a refreshing experience after your Bond Street branch stuffed around.

My screen had the dreaded white lines come Down and then it was unresponsive went in to Ismash kings road explained what the issue was got a price for a new screen. I then decided to change the battery aswell. Dropped my phone in at 12 noon and by 2pm sorted. The staff were very friendly and didn't try to add extras only what you need. Yesterday I did a walk-in appointment at Kings Road, my crashed screen was changed in an hour, and the price is much less then if you’d go to any other service, or even if you’ll try to buy parts online. I paid £399.99 for 15” mid 15 MacBook Pro. Could not be happier with this company, highly recommend. Staff is very polite and nice.

Great quality repair, looks like a new phone again. I went in with a cracked screen on a galaxy S8. New screen and bezel replaced in under 3 hours. I have since dropped the phone again and ridden over it with a bicycle (I'm not meant to have nice things) but it's been absolutely fine, not a mark. I highly recommend the services and staff at ismash on the King's Road, based on the two visits I have made so far. A while back, they replaced a cracked screen on my iphone, which was carried out very quickly and for a very good price (along with a screen protector) and the staff were excellent. Today, I went back as I'd been having trouble charging another iphone. Worried that I'd have to replace the charging dock, they simply cleaned out the current charging dock, there and then - without charge. I find this level of 'faultless' service hard to come by these days and it's certainly refreshing.

I went in last night as I had an appointment for my earpiece to be fixed. I was a bit early and made this clear to the young guy who was serving me. I did not have to wait though, he immediately asked what the problem was and asked for me phone for two minutes. He took it out the back and sorted it within two minutes! I was expecting a £60 charge but as they didn't need to replace it the young guy said "we will not be charging you"! What great service, quick service and amazing people who work there. I would highly recommend, as this is not the only time that I have been in and the service has been brilliant :) I don't remember the guys name that served me yesterday but if he reads this, I am sure he will remember me... The stuff told us they don't have any new batteries in stock but it's possible to order them and we'll have to wait 2 or 3 days. Efficient job fixing my phone. My phone needed screen replacement and it was ready within 1 ½ hours. Pricing in-store is the same stated online so I knew to expect £149.99 for the job.

I have never had an issue with my iPad other than a smashed screen. I took it in during May and it was fixed. I gave them the passcode and when I arrived they told me they could not test the fix because I had not given them the passcode. I had to tell the assistant it was provided in the web booking which she then found. She took it to the technician to test it and guess what it didn't work. So I had to leave it with them for another day. I had rearranged my day to pick it up and was not very happy. What upset me most is that straightaway they tried to tell me it was my fault for not giving them the passcode. Fast forward to July. I did not use the iPad for one week. I go to turn it on, nothing. I plug it into my laptop, nothing. Bear in mind the only issue I ever had was a shattered screen. Never dropped it since. The only good thing about my second visit, it's within warranty for their previous repair. They tell you we will call when it's ready. 48 hours pass I hear nothing. Then I get a text message asking me for feedback. So the next day I call the store to find out what's happening. I call and call and call, no answer! I go down to the store and find oh it has been fixed! Let's see how long it lasts! In fairness the store is convenient for my work, but the device on my two vista was substandard.

I went to iSmash at king road basically because I could not plug any jack to my iPhone 6 so I wanted to buy an adaptor, but Andrei -who works there- before selling the adaptor to me wanted to double check that something was not obstructing my phone AUX hole. He found some dust and he cleaned it so he sorted out my problem without charging me. Now I can plug any earphones enjoying my music. My Vodafone Smart Ultra 6 would only charge intermittently. The micro USB charger appeared to be faulty. Vodafone in Oxford Street were quite helpful and suggested I might get one of the stores in Tottenham Court Road to fix it. The first one suggested that it would cost £40 to £50 for a replacement port but they did not have the parts. I took it to iSmash who took a quick look, cleaned the port with alcohol and a brush. Less than a minute later it was charging perfectly. No cost. Brilliant service. Thank you iSmash.

I needed a repair shop for my husbands phone (& later my MacBook) and found this place online. I was a little put off by the other negative reviews, but have to say that the service I received was outstanding. I think that we are always quick to complain, and never highlight excellent service-but I was so impressed with the service I recieved I just had to leave a review. The store manager was very helpful and explained what services I needed without launching into a load of 'tech speak'. I would highly recommend this company for all repairs and personalisation jobs, they are very reasonable, quick and will explain everything in terms you can understand without promising things they can't! Hi there I have just visited ur shop in sloan sqr, was suggested by ur shop in victoria. I cant thank you enough for your help and excellent service. One thing that i do not understand. How come the carphone warehouse wouldnt recommend you?? I asked several times out of my desparation. They still asked me to send my phone to my home country-indonesia. I cant help but thinking that this is an insult because even the staff in samsung shop in oxford street was smirking a bit after i told her that i got my phone from indonesia. Dont they know that indonesia is 1 out of 3 largest countries for the latest mobile phone model users in the world? Anyway, i also didnt know that ismash exist. U can invest more in advertising-promotion to make people aware of your existance. I believe you can grab the people who normally go to independent telephone repair shop.
