Took my phone to get a battery replacement and Teodora was really taking care of me and swiftly did the repair. She kindly offered to clean my port as it was very dusty and made me feel like a valued customer. I will definitely come back (hopefully not too soon😊) and recommend iSmash to others too! Wished I had a better experience. Replacement part was delayed. Had to call several times to get an update. On the day of repair, arrived even before the store opened to try and get my device repaired - as per the advice given the day before my arrival. Was told that it could be ready by noon. Called at 3 PM only to be told that they just finished the repair. Had to travel in and out of Victoria Station (to the store), which in my view could have been avoided if they stuck to the time scale. Thanks for your service, hopefully I don't need it again anytime soon! Plus 1 star for having the store in a convenient location.

I went into iSmash Victoria today and received excellent service. I had smashed my phone quite badly and it needed fixing. I was expecting going it to take about 45minutes however Tarik the excellent technician only took about 10/15 minutes. I was beyond impressed. I waited in the store with the other employee Kledjon who answered all my questions and explained the process and benefits clearly. I highly recommend and a big thank you !

Popped into Smash shop in Victoria Station in London this morning after my mobile phone had frozen and I couldn't get it to respond at all. Young man in the shop was able to sort my problem out with ease and was extremely helpful, patient and polite when I was in a panic! I'm very grateful to him.

I went there this morning and rather than make me waste money getting a new button for my iPhone which wouldn't really solve the problem the gentleman changed something in my settings to allow me access to my contents whilst awaiting a new phone! Honesty and extremely helpful. This was the store inside Victoria Train Station - London

I came in the shop to see someone who can fix my phone and the store manager Dean attended to my query. He was very professional and polite. He cleaned my phone for 2 minutes and did not even charge me. I insisted to pay but he responded with a kind smile and said it’s ok. My phone is now working properly and thanks to Dean’s magic touch.
