After months of fiddling with my charge port for my ipad I went into ismash and was greeted by a young chap named Nicholas who welcomed me and my family with a huge smile and advised me that he could try and cleaning my charge port for 9.99. My experience at this store was superb and beyond. Nick is the most friendly and genuine guy ever and Khalid got the phone fixed faster than Usain Bolt would ever; they know what they’re talking about and want the best for the customer. 5 star service, I went in for a screen replacement on an iPhone XS Max I went for the premium option and I could not tell the difference between the original and the screen that they have installed. Went in yesterday to get my screen fixed as it was cracked and they had repaired my screen within after an hour. Very friendly and professional, the screen is very nice also, feels like I got a new phone. I went into I smash today,my phone screen was cracked and I was unable to use my phone, I was pretty sure that I was going to have to buy a new phone but thankfully they had fixed it within 20 minutes, Upon arrival I was told that it would be an hour and a half waiting time Which is fair enough but the young tech said he could do it within half hour (A massive thank you to him), In the past I’ve always use the Apple Store,but I ismash Will definitely be my new to go to place, thanks so much .

Good place. The guy working there is professional and fixed my busted iPhone screen in no time. Just note ( I didn’t know this before visiting) - you do need to give them your phone passcode and if you don’t feel comfortable with giving that to someone you don’t know, try and back up contents before hand. With regards to feedback, I think they should offer for you to be there otherwise when they check the phone if you don’t feel comfortable sharing your passcode as then you don’t have to share it.

Came to Westfield store and was served by Nicholas - service was amazing and he managed to get me in as a priority slot. Repair was good and cheap! Quick, friendly service, and would rather go back there than pay for full price at apple. So all in all, good experience and would recommend. Just by looking at it you would never know I broke it in the first place! However my screen is not back to normal (iPhone X), you can see splotches underneath in the dark, and my screen is slightly less responsive than it used to be. Furthermore, I don’t recommend the glass screen protector they offer to put on (£10 i think) as it’s super thick and made my phone more unresponsive. Eg the anker one on amazon is way thinner and better.

I would recommend to anyone to not bother going to a back street phone shop to get a screen replaced or even the Apple store as they rip people off. At least with iSmash you have a lifetime guarantee once you have had your screen replaced. They also provide other services replacement of battery, water damage, etc all at the fraction of the cost of leading brand stores as Apple sorry to say. To top it off they are so quick to repair which is just so convenient. Quick repair. They did not have coral blue in stock for my s7 edge but offered to recolour the phone at no extra cost when it would normally cost an extra 60 pounds! Very happy with the way it looks. Hopefully you won't have to get your phone repaired but if you do then go to iSmash.

They do a good job however customer service is shocking. They do not answer phone calls or respond to emails. I've sent numerous emails to 3 email addresses and haven't heard back. I've called iSmash Westfield over 10 times at different points in the day. They answered once after 4 minutes. They have lost 2 stars. 1 for the phone calls, 1 for the email. They gained the 3 stars from a quick and easy repair in store. Shame, they do a good job

My phone was nearly destroyed by getting caught in a folding chair mechanism; screen was completely smashed to bits and phone was quite bent overall. iSmash managed to bring it back to life in 45 minutes. I went here hoping to fix My iphone from water damage unfortunately ismash can’t fix it( btw there’s a £20 charge for this kind of problem, it will go to a technician that will diagnose your water damge. )The good thing is they fix My ipad. The problem with My ipad was the icons are moving sometimes like gitching and when you type a message on the key board some of the letters are not functioning. Ismash change the screen and it works perfectly! (Btw this is My second screen change, the first one It was done by a different company but it didn’t last long) the fixing doesn’t take long but it depends what kind of damge you have on your gadget and how many customers they have on that day.

Fixed my Samsung Edge in less than 24 hours! Previously took my phone to samsung repair center in Wembley as the phone stopped working after a software update. Only to find out a month later that my warranty was voided because of a small unnoticeable crack in the corner which I was told I had to pay £200 for. Always fast service and reassured my phone is being repaired with quality technicians and the fact I can return if further faults occur. So many times I have been to little repair shops at the back of a bag shop etc and end up with more faults than I started with then having a shoulder shrugged at me.

As soon as I explained to him he took the phone and started cleaning the hole in which the head phone connects, he spent some good time cleaning it but it didn't work then, it worked later. My mid 2010 iMac needed a hard drive replacement. Since it's an older model, Apple wouldn't replace it; so I took it to iSmash where the manager, Daniel S helped me. From the start, Daniel was great at understanding the issue and advising me on options to fit my budget. After consulting with the head technician, Bachar, I decided to purchase an SSD and bracket on Amazon, which Bachar would fit into my iMac. This plan worked really well. My iMac was ready within a day of the SSD being delivered. After installing the software, my iMac works just fine. Just wanted to add that the manager, Daniel, was great. He took control of the situation from start to finish and was great to liaise with. Definitely recommend to deal with him if you're at White City Westfield.

Everyone, Khalid is the real deal. My friend and I are on a business trip in London, and her phone suddenly turned off last night and wouldn't turn back on. We booked an appointment at Genius Bar in the Apple store upstairs, and after 3 diff guys helped us, the only solution was for my friend to buy a new phone. Then just to give a try, we asked the guys at iSmash if they could take a look. Khalid took it, then 3 seconds later, the phone was on and okay. And they didn't charge a penny! Needless to say, we went back to the Apple store and returned the phone immediately. (The new software sometimes turns off the backlight as a glitch.) This is ridiculous. Thank you guys so much for a friendly service!
