I came in with an old iPhone that needed a new screen and battery. Sal, fitted both but then the phone wouldn't turn on. He took it over night and ran some tests to find out it had water damage. He didn't charge me for any work and was super nice. Great experience, lovely chap!

I am Extremely happy with J mobile. My sister uses the one in Queensway and has also being very happy so she recommended them to me. I actually used the branch in Holborn on Kingsway because it’s close to where I work. They replaced my cracked screen on my iPhone X. At first I wondered if I could do it cheaper then £300 as the quoted but Timosons also charge that amount and they need to send the phone awa. J mobile not only did it in store on the day but the lady very kindly dropped the phone off to the salon because she wanted me to have it and I was unable to pick it up as I work till This customer service is not only excellent but it goes well out my expectations. I most certainly will recommend them to everyone and my sister does so also. It’s rare these days to find such a high standard of service. Thank you all at J mobile. Andrew

100% Recommended All the staff in J mobile are very honest.I bought big bus tickets and a sim card with a bundle which i used throughout my trip to London and Scotland on my way back from Scotland i went to a shop to topup the simcard as the service provider operater was asking to do so because i used all my internet. The people in the shop sold me a new simcard by saying that my old simcard cant be topped up. The bundle didnot last me even half day and charged me even 5 pounds more for the sim it self, I faced many problemes by not having internet and maps on the last day . I was unable download and see my ticket. I suggest all visitors who are visiting central London use J mobile services for sim cards and other mobile phone services.
