Superb service, the best I've found in London. Polite, courteous, very patient, knowledgeable and kind assistant (Ali). I highly recommend this phone repair shop which is one minute walk from Kensington High St tube station.

Ali was fast and efficient. He even asked a few questions beforehand to ensure my battery replacement was actually necessary. He needed to order my replacement Nexus 6P battery as it's not a common device but I didn't have to pay for it until after the battery replacement was complete. Even though my Nexus 6P is not a common device and the battery replacement for it requires a bit of skill and care Ali handled it easily. Thanks Ali!
