I've made two visits here, and both were incredibly positive. I purchased a new iPhone X at a very good price, which came with a warranty and I thoroughly trusted those involved with the sales process. This morning I smashed said phone to smithereens revealing the phone's insides and wasn't sure it was even repairable!!! It was dealt with very promptly, very professionally, charged extremely fairly and with kindness. The team look after you in here and I will be visiting again for repairs and purchases. Thank you.

Lloyds local is my go-to. I work in central London but choose this place every time. They are SO fast (had 2x iphone screens fixed in 20 mins that others had said was beyond repair) but most of all they are a quality business that I will always return to. I've never had to return for a faulty repair which i have with most other popular vendors (i.e. ismash). I cannot rate them enough and I never go anywhere else! Trusted, good value and thoughtful.
