I explained that due to my shift work it was difficult to get my phone in during working hours, so Jack came to my flat and picked up my phone after a night shift, and dropped it off just as I woke up. He was quick, efficient and his prices were comparable to every other company. So I definitely got a bargain. I'd highly recommend this company for phone repairs. 5/5.

I then bought a refurbished S10 which is in excellent condition. & for a good price- better than I saw anywhere else, even though we're in Black Friday week. He helped me sort out downloads & syncing too. Absolutely recommend Jack and his colleagues.
R. R.I recently got my Samsung S7 fixed by Jack. I got the details of the repair centre when i called Samsung concerning my S7 not turning on. I'm very pleased that i was directed there. Because Jack went above and beyond to make sure my phone was fixed satisfactorily. He also gave me a loan phone to use while my phone was been fixed. The service i received was very efficient and I am happy with the repair. I can’t thank Jack enough for his conscientiousness and excellent customer service. I definitely highly recommend.
