I have been using these guys for a couple years now after a friend of mine recommended them. I can say that they are extremely quick, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I have also recommended them to family friends and they have also found their pricing to be reasonable and their service excellent. I did promise to send this review in within an hour as covid has made business awkward for them, but reading reviews and finding out how to submit them are two different things /0\ I think that might be more that they need someone like me to edit their website description as it looks a little dodgy but I can assure you that these guys are real and genuine. They just did an awesome job on my A10 screen and digitzer after it fell off a window cill, onto concrete, and smashed the screen. Liteŕally one hour after the part arrived, the phone was ready and perfect.

Absolutely Recomended! I accidentally smashed my Samsung A70 screen which went all black and went to Mr Phone which have given me two options on changing the screen, having original by £105 or having a copy by £85(more or less) and shown me the differences. Opted obviously by the original and swapped it on my phone, so it's like a brand new one! The little downside on my experience was the delivery of the new screen which they've ordered that was dragged for another 3 extra days due to this pandemic period, but it is what it is in this case, and there was nothing that they could do about it. So when it arrived, Qaseem was quite sensible to explain to me what they've done and I was kindly offered a protective case! Thank you so much!

My Macbook Pro crashed after I dropped it on the floor. I brought it into a few other places in the area but most charged £90 to even look at it. One place took it in and said it would cost £160 to repair as it was a hardware and software issue. I brought it to Mr. Phone and they fixed it the next day for £45 saying it was just a software issue. I'm really pleased with their service and strongly recommend them to anyone who doesn't want to be completely ripped off!!!

Came across MR PHONE STREATHAM LTD on internet whilst doing a search as i dropped my ipad and iPhone broke the screen. As it happens and by chance, my neighbour had used them in the last too. The service was VERY fast and efficient with great communication along the way. Pricewise they were the most competitive I could find. In less than a day , my ipad and iphone was repaired and returned back to me. The quality of the repair was as if Apple themselves had done it! Hopefully I will never have to use them again but if I drop it again, I would look no further. Thank you guys, keep up the great work and service! :-)
