So, i had initially given this a bad review after it had taken long for my top up to come through and i was getting inpatient as i had to make important calls. However, shortly after, the team at myphonecard.co.uk replied to me after i made contact through their Facebook page. They apologised and offered to refund me and give me a free top up or i could have my original top ups plus a complimentary one. I was very pleased and accepted the offer, thank you for coming through and going an extra mile. I was very pleased with the swift response and how easy it was. Thank you
