Called first to ask weather I needed to book an appointment and was told no I didn't just come into the store between 10 and 4. Went there on a Tuesday midday only to be told !!!!!!!!!!! Yep you guessed it , I needed an appointment to see the Guru.Seeing as they specialize in communication you would think ,,,,,, well need I say more. I will say that I didn't take no for an answer and asked to speak to the manager who came out promptly and apologized for the mishap, he went over to speak to the Guru and told me that if I came came back in a couple of hours the Guru would see me. When I came back the Guru Krish, was very good, this guy certainly knows his stuff and although being bombarded with a multitude of problems from other staff he sorted out my phone for me

2020: Marek really put in the effort to get me my phone on the day I wanted my phone. Searching everywhere and even offering to have it delivered for me. I was really pleased with the service. ———————————————————— 2022: Azan and Caleb were extremely helpful in helping me get the new Apple Watch. This was over a period of a month, the focus was not on just getting money out of me but with providing a good service and making sure I got what I was looking for. More than happy with Brixton O2 again!!

I wandered in to the O2 shop in Brixton like a hungover stray desperate for a new phone and not-through-the-roof contract. I was greeted by lovely staff (Aslan, Ezra and Clinton) who were really helpful and friendly. When I had to call up for additional help the high standard was kept. The members of staff are very professional, helpful and friendly. I was assisted today, namely 18 February 2020, by a young man named Percy (?) - he has a shaved head and a tattoo of lips on his neck. I was very impressed by his conduct and he was very helpful. I was served quickly and my issue was resolved in a very timely manner. The level of customer service was 100%. I cannot think of anything to improve the high levels of service.

Very helpful staff. They approach you as soon as they see you with a warm smile. I went to the shop a couple of times , was served by different members of staff , including a new starter and I always had a good customer service experience. I thought many times to change my contract to another company but I stayed with O2 as the service is better than most competitors. Carephone warehouse in Brixton offer one of the worse customer service possible.

O2 provides good price and good 4g sign in London. The young costumer service on this storery is very helpfull. Service is also provided in Spanish language wish is useful for costumers.

I would give this place 50 stars if I could! The staff are friendly, efficient, highly knowledgeable and make you feel at ease when looking for a new phone/tablet. I ended up signing up to a new Samsung A70 phone and Samsung S5e tablet at very reasonable prices! Percy, Danny and Kadi were extremely helpful and professional at all times! If you want to be looked after in terms of phones, your search will stop here! :)
