E. H.When you go to a phone shop where staff work on commission but you still get good old fashioned service rather than the hard sell what more could you wish for.
Went in on Friday with a dying phone. Seen by Shak who said it was likely a software issue not the phone itself. Told me to get Samsung to run a diagnostic test on it and come back if I still needed a new phone. He wasn't working Saturday so I said if I need a new phone I would come back on Sunday.
To cut a long story short I needed a new phone. Went back today.
He remembered me, which phone I was looking at and which plan I was thinking about. No hard sell, went through everything again. Made sure I was happy with everything. Made sure I was able and happy to do the swap from old phone to new phone myself.
All done efficiently friendly and without any fuss. Highly recommended him if you want to use O2.

I was also explain so I can help her out but if any problems we can return. We had to return few days later, lady recognise us and she was ready to help.
