O. B.I have to say, went to the shop reluctantly first, as my old contract expired and I had to renew, expecting a long sales pitch and a price increase. At the end it turned out to be the complete opposite:
1. The whole procedure took maybe 20 minutes
2. Staff was super knowledgeable. Not only did I receive a 10x increase in data allowance, my monthly payment also went down!!! Plus I got some freebies like a Disney subscription for free!!
3. Nobody tried to upsell anything, staff was very friendly, my kid got a doughnut and a free phone to play, that's what I call quality customer service!!
Can only recommend this store and O2 as a phone/network provider!
