My friend Needed some help with an exchange and also had a problem with her SIM card so we popped in yesterday and being a Saturday it was busy so waited 5-10 mins and was greeted by Emma who knew exactly what needed to be done and Was very friendly and helpful and knowledgable, when Her colleague Elif became free she also assisted so we were in and out quite quickly. I would definitely visit this store again.
