When it's busy it's really hard to get help unless you have at least 20 minutes to wait. But if you're lucky enough to be seen, they are helpful and they take their time to make sure to take care of all your needs.

Last time I visited was for & with, one of their new customers, just before everything shut down. I personally felt that they weren't fully interested in a problem that was unique & difficult to solve.
