Very knowledgeable staff (mostly, some gave poor advice after the brand new phone I had on a new contract started to run down battery extremely quickly without reason. Ended up swapping the phone for a newer updated version of the phone for no extra cost, just time consuming to swap all the apps and media from the old phone to the newer phone. Was in the shop for almost an hour). Very conveniently located on upper Street close to all the major bus routes and tube close by

Went in to upgrade my Samsung s8 to the s10. Was greeted by the manager Chris. All the other staff were busy so he processed my upgrade. He was great. Very friendly and efficient. He sent me across to the guru Clive who had a free appointment and he helped me transfer all my data from my old phone to my new one. The staff were absolutely excellent throughout and couldn't have been more helpful. The store itself looks a bit tired compared to some others I've been in and it's such a shame as the staff are first class. It would be nice for the store to have a refit to reflect the outstanding customer service the staff provide.

I have had a very good experience at this shop. All the staff have been very helpful. I wasn't kept waiting which has been the case in other shops. Cameron Rose took the trouble to transfer the data from my old Samsung Galaxy J3 to my new J10. He also helped fix a new screen protector on the new phone. I shall certainly use this shop again if I have any problems.

Chris Parker, the team leader of the Islington shop is brilliantly knowledgeable, reassuring and helpful. Goes the extra mile. I had a major issue with my smartphone that seemed unfixable. Chris explored all possible options to get me back up and running. We found a timely solution to my greatest relief. It's a rare pleasure to experience someone who is so good at their job in mobile phone customer service!

I was absolutely blown away by the staff at this place. They really went 'above and beyond' for me (Sabine, Chris, Matt The Guru and another really nice young man- who did Media A level.) They were charming, helpful and great fun. Sabine, The Guru and Chris both stayed behind to help me transfer all my data- for a good 40 mins. They were patient, determined and really made me feel at ease. I was really touched. I just so wish every service/shopping experience was like this one. The world would be abetter place. This O2 shop provides just about all the services required for their customers. Also, they have the collection of products displayed for the new customers. Good shop in a good accessible place. Yet, it gets a four star because for it's lack of cleanliness and over crowded nature.

It's true they don't pick up the phone, ironic. I went in instead, was helped after a short queue and they sorted out my request for a nano sim, received one instantly. They have a staff of 4 with many customers even mid afternoon.
