Having worked in retail myself for over twenty years I recently had the pleasure of being helped by Waquas, Abdul and Granit, who all went above and beyond the call of professionalism, as well as Outstanding customer service. Honestly the product knowledge and friendly manner was second to none. These guys make you happy to spend money. Pay rises all round I say.

Both Feroza and Melissa were brilliant. We had some trouble getting me a new SIM and due to an error made by the customer service team I had to make a few trips to the store but both girls were brilliant and I eventually managed to get not just a new SIM card but also a new phone. Great customer service!

The staff are lovely, easy to upgrade and very informative. Salma is very good at doing my upgrade and store was very clean. The store was very busy but nice a cool. Good temperature settings. Outside was too hot. I was very happy with the service.
