I spoke to a very helpful and knowledgable chap (Jimmy) who steered me towards an iPhone 12 mini which is small but has a bigger screen than my ancient iPhone 5s. Shop was busy but I didn't feel rushed as Jimmy answered all my questions and brought boxes of his 3 suggested phones after I had told him the kind of thing I was looking for. Nice shop, nice staff.
