A. M.I had some great help from George today when looking into a new deal with my contract. He was so helpful, kind and patient. His customer support is outstanding, as well as his knowledge and patience. I come away with a fantastic deal, and amazing phone. The team were all helpful as well. I'd definitely recommend the 02 staff here.

M. D.I am so grateful for the service that I received at this store. In June I lost my phone and I was ready to give birth at any moment. O2 customer services could not be reached and I had a complex problem to be resolved in order for me to get an upgrade.
The store manager and George went above &
beyond to look after me and eventually I was able to get a phone a few hours before I went into labour. Especially appreciated this as it would have been very upsetting during this covid-19 period, to be in hospital with no form of contact or to share updates.
Just like to say a massive thank you and to highlight the excellent customer services they offer. I must also note how clean the store was and how they paid attention to social distancing and hygiene practices after each customer.
I cannot recommend here highly enough.
A. M.I normally don't do reviews however i felt compelled on this instance. The staff at this store are incredibly helpful and friendly. I had come to this store in order to make a change in my contract. I have been very satisfied with the amount of care and attention each and every staff gave to my needs, especially Sophia (I believe that was her name!) O2 needs to give them a raise!
A. M.I’ve never really left a review, but I have to say the customer service I received from this store was outstanding. They were really busy but still reassured all customers waiting in line. I went to get my mum a easy phone to use and the girls were ever so helpful, my mum loves the phone by the way! The doro was a perfect one for her needs. What an amazing team... keep it up. I didn’t receive a feedback message so I thought I’d leave a review here instead...
