The O2 is one of the best locations for a day out in Greenwich. You can spend hours walking around, having a drink, eating great food or taking in a concert. There are also exhibitions throughout the year, such as the current Star Wars Identities. There are multiple car parks, plenty of bicycle racks, a nearby tube station that operates late plus a taxi stand. It's a fantastic place for families and friends to have a good time, any day of the week.

I had great service at 02 at the 02 yesterday. Raoul was very knowledgeable, gave me good advice about choosing a new phone and was quick and efficient in setting it up. Stella helped me choose a much better tariff than the one I had been on, at little extra cost. All in all, a very good experience in a fun setting. Thank you.

Me and my wife went to this store today and we were received very well by the staff as soon as we entered the store but there was a lot of background noise by other staff members (5-6 People) who were screaming and having fun time in the store at that time and the music was very loud, I couldn't hear most of the conversation and had to ask twice. I felt its unprofessional. The ambience was lively but at the same time it was inconvenient for us to talk and listen to the staff members who was helping us. Another observation is the place is very cold as it is situated in front of the main entrance of O2, though there were heater fans but it was not that effective, I was literally shivering when speaking to the staff. Overall it was ok but not impressed.

I had really friendly and nice service today here! Unlike O2 at Stratford Westfield earlier on this morning where the guy does not give a damn at all to the customer and there was no so called service over there ( I really discussed by this staff). O2 shop at the O2 was fantastic! There were 2 lovely ladies welcomed me in really friendly manner and I was helped by really nice gentleman who was really helpful throughout. Thank you! Drake turned the O2 into the O3 😛 loved it a little more! A great place to eat, watch a movie, go to a concert and chill.

Was passing by the restaurants and saw that there was an O2 store. Went in to check out what phablets they had. Unfortunately they only had two of the current four phablets in the market (the others were just dummy units). A friendly store rep approached me and my friend and were showcased some of the most passionate Samsung screen palm-swipes we've ever seen in our lives. The store has a nice ambiance to it, and there are a lot of peripherals that you can check out, which is a big plus! They didn't have any V-Moda headphones though, which was a puzzling one for me. Highly recommend dropping by to check out the latest handsets and get some advice from the super friendly staff.
