M. M.I came in a month ago and a beautiful lady named Ezra served me. I have been with o2 for over 10 years which i have 5 contracts, Ezra gave me a very good deal saving me almost £80 per month it was a very busy day, her colleagues were constantly asking help from her and she was dealing with everything at once but always kept her concentration on us. I will always come back to this store as long as she is there.

N. R.I have been with many networks EE, three, Vodafone and i have never been given such an excellent service period. I needed a phone for my elderly mother and a new phone for myself, the member of staff that helped me was Wazim he was ever so helpful gave me the best deal for both my mother and myself. 02 is by far the best network and Wazim is by far the most helpful staff member i have come across.
S. F.Must say I hate going into any phone shop but needed to buy a new iPhone for my teenager. The guy that served us was called Shaharaz Ashfaq who was so so good at his job he even managed to get me a really good deal on my phone tariff even when I thought I didn't need one. You might say a good sales person and I would agree BUT he was generally interested in making sure that I had the right tariff. And very good at explaining why this was the best for me! Many many thanks. Oh and thanks from the teenager as well!
