I went for an upgrade yesterday. Rutul, the o2 customer agent was pleasant, welcoming, courteous and highly skilled in what he was doing. He went out of the way to accommodate my requirements. I got the best assistance from him. Also, Harshit, the manager made sure that I was getting the best service. I am so so happy that I went to Ealing o2 shop, there I met the most amazing people. Earlier this year I needed to update my phone and I ended up doing it at the O2 West Ealing store. I was served by Jaso and Vanetta who were absolutely fantastic. First class service, helpful, professional and friendly. Can’t recommend them enough. Thank you very much!!

Having finished my contract I wanted to have sim only and went into the Ealing Broadway branch to sort my phone from contract which finished to sim only which the Ealing Broadway branch changed for 2 years. They did not tell me that if I moved provider I would have to pay the remainder off which could have been a lot of money! I was not happy about this and so went Into the WEST EALING branch to see if they could help and put me Onto Pay as You Go. The 3 Staff, Rutul, Vanetta and Jaso at the West Ealing branch have been extremely helpful, I have spent over 5 hours in total over several days they have always been very very helpful and friendly with me while dealing with the on line chats which have not always been very helpful at all. I have been back and forth to the West Ealing branch and they have always been very curteous and treated me with great respect and friendliness in trying to sort out 02. Having just spent another hour in the West Ealing branch I just will say again the staff here have been superb and want Head Office to know and to acknowledge the fact that the staff at West Ealing have sorted out all the dufficulties.

Had a guru appointment with Nabil to transfer my data from a Windows phone to an Android. He was fantastic - friendly, competent, knowledgeable, patient and all-round fabulous. The young woman who set up my new tariff was also lovely but I unfortunately didn't get her name. What a great store!

Overall I was pretty satisfied with the attention I got from the staff members at this store. Even the manager left what he was doing behind and came to offer his expertise. Other than that it's a pretty common O2 store nothing too special about it. As I said the employees were very friendly and guided me to choosing exactly the plan that best suited my personal needs.

The staff treats me like part of a family in the store. The GURU is the best if I have a problem he is always willing to solve the problem. All the staff are very good I can approach the manager at any time he is also willing to assist.
