Great experience repairing both my iPhone and iPad. The iPhone repair took less than 30 mins and I picked up my iPad the next day. Very professional service, as well as being pretty quick. They also do screen protectors which they will put on as well.

On Saturday 18 December at 10.15 I entered my normally FRIENDLY Phone and Luggage shop at 131 Queensway London W2 6LS. I had been in a few days earlier to buy a phone case and screen protector but there was none available for my particular phone. The temporary guy working there assured me that if I managed to get one on-line, he would be happy to fit it for me. This is what I had come to expect from that store. However, when I returned with the screen saver purchased from Ebay and explained the promise to the new temp calling himself Nick I was met with a very unfriendly response and blunt refusal to help me even after I offered to pay for the service. This is out of character with that particular shop. I found another shop nearby quite happy to help and without charge. I will not be visiting 132 Queensway again for any phone or luggage.

Me and my wife went to London on a touring purpose with no intention of getting my wife’s iphone 7 screen repaired but fortunately on our way to a restaurant in Bayswater, we stumbled upon this smart phone repair shop. We were welcomed by a busy, down to Earth guy who was very friendly and easy going. He offers the best price for fixing your phone’s screen in 30 minutes which you won’t find elsewhere (specially not on those websites who offer to get your screen repaired at exorbitant prices in half an hour). Have been going to this place for quite some time now. A lovely atmosphere with the staff present there. To your surprise they also have baggage if you're around shopping and need some baggages to take your groceries home. Accessories are filled to the brim at this outlet.
