Excellent service and communication, he will go above and beyond to help you out. Shop accepts card and/or card. They will also recycle any e-waste from the repairs, such as broken screens. I've been twice to resolve two separate phone related issues: - The first time was for a dead phone where he spent a great deal of time attempting to diagnose and repair the issue, exhausting all possible options in doing so (including motherboard-level repairs). Alas there was nothing which could be done for that particular device and he held true to his word on "no fix, no fee" despite the time and effort invested. - The second time was for a screen replacement which was done quickly, flawlessly, and retained the factory seal. The owner is very open and communicative about progress regarding the progress and any problems, and will usually provide a temporary phone whilst yours in in the shop. I have a lot of trust in Putney Tech, he obviously cares about customers and their devices so I will certainly be returning with my tech in future.

Very good service, the man working there fixed my MacBook pro which apple said was unrepairable. very quick fixing and it was better price than other shops 5 stars, very happy. 100% recommend!

The screen on MacBook pro was broken and it was water damaged. I took it to a couple other shops and they said it was un repairable, apple were charging me £700! I took it to Putney tech and he only charged me £390 and fixed it within 3 days!! I am very happy with this service and I highly recommend this shop 100%

I can't speak highly enough of Putney Tech. As someone who smashes their phone screen a lot it's an absolute dream to find somewhere reasonably priced, pretty much always available for on the spot jobs, can-do attitude to everything and all around good guys. I bring all my friends and family here and they're always amazed aswell.

My son dropped his ipad which cracked the screen and affected the image in parts of the screen over Christmas. He was right in the middle of revision for his GCSE mocks and had all his notes saved on the device plus all the revision materials provided by his school. At that stage we didn't know that exams would be cancelled because of the lockdown so it was a pretty anxious situation. We contacted Apple to organise a repair who advised us that we would need to mail in the ipad and they could not guarantee with Christmas holidays how long it would take to return it. We took it to Putney Tech instead who were just brilliant, working late into the evening to make sure it was repaired by the following day. We really couldn't have been happier and more grateful for the level of service.

This was the most positive experience I could possibly have with fixing my phone! Such a friendly, helpful and professional service. An express turnaround was offered, as I was nervous about not having my phone overnight, which I was incredibly grateful for. The shop stayed open 15 minutes longer just for me! I had a 12 pro max that I thought was broken and was unfixable! I quickly went to the high street hoping to find someone that could fix my screen but they charged around £150 so I suddenly remembered putney tech!! Ans how great he was last time- so I went and it turns out my screen was fine, it was my screen protector that was cracked!! My total became £10 only!!! From £150 to £10!!! The shops were trying to scam me omg I dodged a bullet because of how good he is! God bless him, honestly the best tech shop and the only one that wont try to scam you!
