Ahmad explained the whole process to me very clearly so that I knew exactly what was going on and all the costs involved. A repair was offered, but we decided to go with a replacement phone - good value and in excellent condition. All my mother's data was copied over flawlessly, and tips given on how to use the new phone. A real gem of a find! I will use them to replace my own phone next year.Cannot fault this place, it's 2nd time I've used them, they have a real personal touch. They are friendly, helpful, transparent, honest...
