My last iPhone died with a black screen of death before I had the chance to back up to the icloud and transfer data to a new phone. Revive My Device identified that the motherboard was shorting and were able to fix problem and bring the phone back to life. They charge a basic analysis fee and if issue is identified (e.g. damaged battery / dead motherboard) they are very clear on costs and then charge additional relevant costs to fix. Both TK and his technician were friendly, professional, clear on next steps and the timeline for repairs. Excellent work and if I ever need technical help again I'll be heading straight to them.

I managed to break my iPhone 8 in quarantine and I thought I would go phone less for months but my friend thankfully recommended me this place. I made an inquiry over Facebook messenger and was met with a speedy response considering it was a bank holiday. During this unprecedented time in the middle of a pandemic they provided a super professional service. Requesting in advance to have my phone, charger, and a note with my postcode in a carrier bag. On arrival they kept their distance and you place your stuff in a box. My phone was picked up at 2pm and returned to me around 6pm the same day. Considering I had my screen and charging port replaced I was not expecting that. Couldn't be happier with the service and the repair. 10/10 would recommend.

Overall good experience. I’ve given four stars as the quality of the screen that was initially used to replace my damaged screen was not great quality. I expressed this to revive my device and they booked an appointment to replace it within 24 hours (I would’ve issued no stars if they hadn’t agreed to this) but the time scale to replace the faulty screen issued by them was speedy- they also came to my place of work, and the customer service from start to end was great. One star lost because although they sorted it pretty quickly, I was still without a phone for one day. I would definitely use them again.

I for one am clumsy beyond belief. I've been well acquainted with phone repair shops and the apple store over the years, but this experience has blown the others out the water. I was strapped for cash and planned on sacrificing the home button of my iPhone 6 Plus and just replacing the screen. ReviveMyDevice listened to my woes, gave great insight into what screen I should opt for and offered to throw me in a new home button for a very reasonable price. I was given a discount voucher for a coffee shop across the road and told the service would be done while I waited. My Mac mini was very sluggish. Dropped it in on a Thursday; picked it up on the following Wednesday. It is now as fast as ever! I'd highly recommend this place for laptop repairs - I was completely stuck after spilling liquid all over my MacBook Pro recently and took it to Revive My Device on the recommendation of a colleague. Tichaona was really helpful and clear about what needed to be done - before doing anything he gave me a full run through of the process and also explained why he needed to do each step. I also appreciated his honesty in explaining unpredictability of pricing at that stage as he wasn't able to assess damage properly until he had done a lot of testing. In the end he kept my laptop in for a week or two but kept in touch with me on the phone the whole time to update me on progress, which was really nice. He fixed the laptop for a really affordable price in the end and I would actually say it works considerably better than it did before.
