Square Repair was a breath of fresh air to deal with and most importantly used quality parts allowing my iPhone to work as normal. Should have chosen theses guys in the first place. 5 stars from me!

Great time flexibility. I came in without an appointment and I managed to fix my screen and change the battery within a few hours. The only small issue is that one side of the back plate of my phone doesn't fully adhere to the frame. I would definitely recommend Square Repair for their speed and competitive price. My Samsung Galaxy S6 would not charge and the battery had died. Initially I got in touch with Samsung to see if they could help. Most valuable for me is the data on my phone, photos etc. Samsung confirmed that they could fix my phone, but would have to erase all my data as part of Data Protection Regulations, so this was not an option for me. After a quick search online, I came across Square Repair. They said they would diagnose the problem first before giving a quote on how much it would cost to fix and that they would not wipe my data. I sent my phone in via post on Sunday 19th September via Royal Mail special delivery, they received it Tuesday morning just after 9am. By 11am they had already diagnosed the problem. They quoted £60 for a new charger port which I agreed to. By 2pm I received an email confirming that my phone was fixed. At 4pm I received a message saying my phone had been posted back to me and I received it on the morning of Wednesday 22nd September. Super impressed with their work and service. Highly recommended.

I admit to being cynical. I have seen so many high street 'repair shops' with terrible reviews. These guys are brilliant. I paid only £10 extra and I got a call 1hr 15 minutes later telling me my phone was fixed. These guys just deliver, what more could you want? The battery of my four years old OnePlus was tired and I had it replaced. The first replacement seems to have some problem, probably due to the phone being old, but the folks there promptly replaced it a second time and now the battery charges fast and last -a lot- longer. Very, very happy with the service.

Phone repaired in exactly 30mins, and the job looks good. The place is inside a shared office building and you do the drop off and pick up at reception - it felt weird initially, but in reality it's better, your phone is more secure, the space is clean & bright and you don't have to go in for no reason. What's not to like?

As I had a new battery fitted in my four and a bit years old Galaxy S6 I have held off writing a review until I am confident the new battery is good. It is like having a new phone for a fraction of the price. I had booked a two hour slot, but arrived a little early. This was no problem and the technician advised me of possible cosmetic damage to my phone due to the way they are sealed in the factory and not designed to be opened. He then said I should return in a little over an hour. My phone was ready when I returned and everything was dome without added Covid nonsense.

It was the best choice to visit here. Since I visited here on Friday without reservation, the guy told me they’re too busy to handle mine but it was urgent to fix my phone so he took it and said it will take up to 2-3hrs. Brilliant! After fighting with Apple for months who insisted without even investigating that the iPad was irreparable and I would have to pay £300 minimum feee and receive a replacement, I took it to these guys who did a mother-board repair in 5 days for £90! Really fast and reliable service. I gave them my phone at 9.30am and had it back with a brand new screen at 10.30am. I'd give it 5* although it was on the expensive side. I probably could have found it cheaper elsewhere but I needed a quick turnaround and the office is in a convenient location. I paid £175 and my phone is a OnePlus 3T. Overall, for me it was worth it because my phone is my job and just a few hours without it can mean many missed opportunities.

Great service! Needed a replacement battery for my iPod Classic. Requested a quote by email which came back within 10 minutes and was very reasonable compared to some places that I'd looked at (and it was only just around the corner from my place of work). My Nexus 6P developed a fault with its fingerprint scanner and the battery performance was dire. I found this place on Google and was impressed with the reviews, so decided to bring it here. I dropped my Nexus 6p off to get both the battery and fingerprint scanner fixed. The next day Stephen had it repaired. I'm impressed with the quality of work and for the price this place was unbeatable. Would have been nice if I was told beforehand that the fingerprint scanner they replaced wasn't the same colour as the one that was removed. I still would have had it replaced though.

Square Repair LTD replaced the battery of my Samsung Galaxy S6, and has given it new life. From showing up, to collecting my smartphone an hour-and-a-half later, the whole process was quick and easy. Other places I tried either didn't have the battery in stock, or could only "repair" the battery. Square Repair are also cheaper than any other repair service!

I jumped on a bus and whilst on the bus I called to ask if they could repair my phone today and they said yes. I got there gave him my phone and then went shopping for an hour and a half. Dropped my Xperia Z3 a few days ago and cracked the screen, making it unusable. Went to Geek Squad in Carphone Warehouse first, and they advised or would take 2-3 weeks to fix as they would have had to send it off to the manufacturers. So Square Repair was my backup option. I went at lunchtime with no prior appointment and was told they'd have it fixed by the end of the day. Got an email a couple of hours later to say it was fixed, and collected it after work the same day. No fuss at all, and it was all sorted. Very happy with the service.

And sure enough, I walked away 30 minutes later with a repaired phone. It's just opposite Liverpool Street, too, so handy for public transport. Great service. Sony Xperia Z5 was repaired in less than 24 hours (I dropped it off with them after 4pm). Screen is great - I was expecting a third party inferior screen replacement, but it's a genuine Sony part and looks better than it did before I broke it. They couldn't help repair my bruised ego from dropping a barbell on my phone in the gym, but I suppose they can only do so much. Thanks!

Excellent speedy service! Found these guys online after I managed to smash the screen on my bright red Nexus 5. I'd switched to a back up phone thinking I'd have to wait a week or two for a repair elsewhere, but after a day or so it was clear that I had to get my Nexus back! Went down to their office on the Friday, not expecting to get it back before the weekend, but it was fixed within the hour. All this even though the rare casing meant they had to do a different repair to the usual case & digitiser approach! Very happy, completely worth the money. Recommended!

I brought a OnePlus 2 with a smashed screen. The guy replaced it in about 1.5h and the fee was 80£ by card. The screen feels of similar quality to the original and so far functions without any issues. It is worth mentioning that the power and volume buttons fell off in my pocket later that night, which was quite unfortunate. I brought in the phone next day and the guy fixed that for me in about half an hour free of charge. No questions asked. Quite happy so far.

I accidentally dropped my phone in Norwich station on the way to London. I found Square repair online and booked an appointment for just after my train arrived into Liverpool street. My appointment was confirmed straight away and I used the chat function to check some details. It was really easy to find, 20 minutes later my phone was fixed and I was able to go to my meeting without worrying about the state of my screen. I couldn't fault the service, they really helped me out of what could've been a much worse situation. They weren't the first shop that I contacted but the other one wasn't able to service my phone until 6pm that day which was far too late for me as I was on a schedule.

Update: Well, I did it again, smashed my phone and needed it sorted. These guys just get better with time, dropped it in, they did me a brilliant deal as they unfortunately didn't have a white z3 front in stock ( they could have got it over night but I rely on my phone for work) but did have a black front and back! Total gentlemen and without doubt the best company out there doing this, seriously don't give your device to anyone else, they are simply incredible. Even though I turned up a little early the service was accommodating and I could return to collect it in 2 hrs time. It was easy to locate, just a few minutes from Liverpool Street station. I can't say that the communication on the work undertaken was very clear or detailed initially but I found myself trusting enough to leave them my device. Unfortunately for me, after collecting the device and arriving home, I found that though the cracked screen was repaired the device itself was not working as it should be - screen was jumping from page to page and essentially I couldn't make any use of it. I emailed straight away to complain and the response to my complaint was very quick and the issue was remedied the very next day. Though I couldn't drop the device off myself, they organised a speedy courier service and even checked all was well after it was returned to me. Interestingly, the courier guy took some time to tell me about other repair companies believing they were cheaper and reputable but was then a little surprised by me paying substantially less. The only other thing to recommend is that you consider leaving your device unlocked ie. password disabled so they can check the device works properly before returning it to you.

Would highly recommend. I dropped my Xperia Z5 on the floor, the touch screen was smashed and completely unresponsive. I took it in and got it repaired in 24 hours. So far so good: it was cheaper than any other quotes I was given and a great job was done. When I got it home I realised that the microphone was broken too, so I had to take it back. Stephen dug around in the phone for a couple of days, it wasn't a simple fix at all, and he had to order a couple of different components and try various different fixes. It got to Friday and it wasn't fixed, but I decided it would be useful to have it over the weekend anyway. Stephen hung around at the end of the day waiting for me to come in so that I could pick it up. It took quite a while to sort out in the end due to availability of parts - not the fault of Square Repair - and as a result when they eventually fixed it they charged me a stupidly cheap price for the microphone fix. Yesterday I visited Square Repair to replace my mobile screen. They are located in a short alley way next to the Bishopsgate Police Station and directly opposite Liverpool Street station. Anthony who attended to me, was on his own during lunchtime. I noticed while I was waiting to be attended there was a constant flow of people. He was organised and the work was done in under 2 hours. I paid £80 to replace a broken screen with an original part and £10 for a fix while you wait service. All in all I would definitely recommend using their services again.

The entrance to the building is tricky, keep a lookout before (or after, depends on where you're coming from) KFC. it's a little ally. very professional, I waited in the reception area, a guy came down, took my phone, came back 35 minutes later, he came down and handed me the phone. I just did it today and the AccuBattery app is showing 100% health rather than the 49% I had for a long while. Bit pricey but when I put all things into account, I thought it's safer than trying to replace it myself.

I had to get the screen replaced on my OnePlus 3T. It is tricky to find a vendor who can do this due to Oneplus not being a household name brand phone. I actually think there is a design problem with the Z3 that caused the screen crack rather then the original repair but they took responsibility which is rare in this day and age.
