I had an issue with my network and went to Apple store for it to be sorted out. I had the one year warranty and was informed that I had to pay almost £500 pounds to sort it out due to a small hole in the speaker. I came to this shop and they were able to sort the problem out for less than the price and even faster. I recommend the shop for anyone having any issues with their phones. Excellent service by terabyte electronics.

I visited to "Terabyte Electronics" and I can honestly say it was the best experience with phone engineers. My phone was run over by a couple of cars and a lorry, first of all the team was a bit optimistic as they was unsure the screen replacement would work. I left the phone 40 minutes later "great news" the screen worked I couldn't tell any difference between apples product and this store screen. I did have one more issue as explained that the rear camera didn't work and neither did the flash. Again simply explained they are integrated with each other and it could be as easy as changing the camera. As I could use the phone they said I could take it away and come back in a weeks time. As I needed the phone for work I took the phone home and in a weeks time I was back. 40 minutes later the phone was fixed. The customer service for explaining the issues and confirming if the item didn't work they would remove it straight away. I could not fault the process. The store manager (Sammy) is very helpful and engineers Brilliant! I did not believe that my phone would work. The store manager even cleaned my case as it was full of glass. In the event of anymore damaged screens I will definitely be back.

I repaired my macbook pro from TERABYTE ELECTRONICS, I have to say that i doubted him at first due to bad communication skills from myself, i was not convinced and I took my laptop to another shop, the other shop just made the problem worse, finally i returned my laptop to Terabyte electronics and he repaired it for me in 1 day , very satisfied with expert team for Mac Repairs.

My late 2016 MBP required a new keyboard and battery. This was a top quality job. The top part of the laptop was replaced with official Apple parts. The laptop also had an underlying issue with the screen which eventually needed replacement as well. The new screen is working perfectly but the replacement left a couple of marks on the laptop and a couple of small scratches. Overall the service was very friendly and responsive. The laptop is working as expected but the reason I'm not leaving a 5 start review are the marks and scratches mentioned above.

Top service from these guys. I needed a battery replaced in my old MacBook Pro 2015 and the Apple store in Covent Garden told me it would take 10 days! Couldn't believe it (anything to do with the release of the new MBP's by any chance?). Anyway, they suggested To try “Terabyte Electronics.Terabyte were a bit more expensive than the Apple store but they turned it round over in 24 hours and kept me informed all the way by email. I notice that they have had a few bad reviews in the past for customer service but they seem to have lifted their game.

Terabyte fixed my SamsungA70 screen in about 40 mins. The phone fell from my bedside table and the screen smashed. Walked in without appointment, went to their store and the phone was working again within 40 mins. Staff we very friendly and knowledgable and did a top quality job. Unlike other places I tried (including Samsung) the pricing was very transparent (cost reasonably). I couldn't recommend them hightly enough.

My new iPhone 8 had a cracked screen. I was really worried the staff would not be able to fix my phone without causing any new problem. To my surprise they were able to perfectly fixed the screen back to original screen condition and were very consultative and straight forward. Every thing is working even the Touch ID. Which is a very sensitive job to accomplish. Keep it up ! I bought BRAND NEW IPHONE XS MAX lower price then Apple store and excellent service...
