Great service on my Surface Book to seal down some lifting edges on the screen. Awesome building too. Worth a visit in itself. Equally great service replacing the back of my S20 with original parts. Very reasonably priced and prompt.

Great experience. I came in having dropped my phone in water the day before. My phone was assessed to see what was needed. After thorough cleaning and checking everything was working, I left with a fully functioning phone. Very happy to recommend this business as both the technical and customer service parts were faultless. It's a very good place in area to have your phone repaired. I went there for my OnePlus nord repair black screen. Owner checked and confirmed that screen is completely gone out. He presented couple of options for screen repair but I chose not to have it repaired as I bought this in India and it's still in warranty period so will be getting it repaired there. Owner didn't charge anything as normal fix was done besides the fact he did spend half an hour trouble shooting the issue. In future, I would definitely return if in need of any phone repair.

I have a BlackBerry - which no one ever seems to be able to repair. I’m always advised to send it off to the manufacturer’s to be fixed! How can you survive for 2 or 3 weeks without your ‘phone??!! Then I met Ashen, who got it working again there and then, in no time at all. I'm writing this review after 15 days of using my repaired iPhone. I must say this guy just amazed me with his expertise. Highly recommended mobile technician. I searched for a nearby mobile repair shop on google after my mobile just stopped working. Due to the ongoing Covid situation, I was not in a position to buy a new one but to repair the old one. I found this nearby mobile repair centre but had no clue how it might be. However, I found this guy is very transparent, explained to me in details the of the issue what was wrong in the phone. The communication was very good, I was timely updated of the status. The phone required a Chipset-level graphics component repair and to my surprise, he did it to perfection. He surprised me once again when I asked him how much I owe him. I was expecting a big bill as it was a chip-label repair and he responded back with less than 50% what was in my mind - a more than reasonable amount. I would highly recommend The Phone plug.

Professional, Courteous, Knowledgeable, Quality Work. I am writing this review after my first and second visits to the shop. Initially I took an iPad 6th Gen (on a Sunday) that needed a replacement battery, which had to be ordered. I agreed with Ashen to come back to pick up my iPad on the following Wednesday morning (today). I was so confident in the manner and courtesy demonstrated on Sunday that I took an old iPhone 7 along that also needed a replacement battery. I arrived today and my iPad was ready and working properly after receiving its new battery (with a 90-day warranty). Ashen clearly explained how I should charge it to ensure the best performance. I then gave him the iPhone, which he repaired on the spot while I waited. It was good to watch him work. He was meticulous, efficient, and skilled in manner. I had my iPhone back with its new battery in less than 15 mins. I am very, very pleased and promised that I would come again whenever I needed a repair for any of my devices, and I have a lot of devices. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this service!
