The guys at the shop are always polite and help me with any problem no matter how small. They gave excellent service, price and advice when I bought an iPhone from their big selection here!

R. N.I called several places re a replacement screen for less common phone. I encountered disinterest, confusion over model and blatant profiteering.
It was such a relief when I spoke to Nick at Unlocked and Linked. He immediatly filled me full of confidence and took some details from me. I had a call back 5 minutes later and he had sourced the part, and quoted me a very reasonable cost to get the phone fixed that very day if I dropped it in quickly, which I did. I had my phone back that evening.
The next morning I noticed an issue with the phone, and I thought 'oh no, here we go'. I called the shop and they said bring it in and we will get sorted. I did just that, and they fitted yet another screen at no extra cost to me. You can't judge companies on problems occuring, but by how they deal with them, and they dealt with mine exceptionally.
I can't reccomend these guys enough.
