I purchased the 7 day unlimited data sim for our trip to San Francisco. We have two mobile phones and a 'spare' with the idea of using this phone to have the sim card and hot spot our phones from it. I was concerned it may not be compatible, but the 'Will my phone work' link put my mind at ease. Sim card arrived well packaged with instructions on how to get it ready for activation. Our flight was delayed by an hour so when we landed I needed to call the transfer company. Turned the 'spare' on to find the sim card was working as it should, received a text with the associated phone number, and was able to call the transfer company straight away. Being able to hot spot from the sim has been a godsend as there is very little free public WiFi where we have been visiting. Next trip to USA this will be the first place I go to when we're planning.

Super service, came in time, worked as said. Put it in my phone on the way. Turned the phone on when I arrived and it worked. Quite possibly the best purchase I made for this trip to the USA as I needed a phone due to Covid as I had to keep in contact with many people. There was only one drawback, my colleagues thought I was a scammer when I rang them for the first time as it was a Florida number :-)

USA PAYG were very accommodating when our flights got cancelled and provided a no questions asked refund. Then we did end up going and bought a SIM Card in the USA and it was nowhere near as good value. When we fly in the summer we will definitely use this service and buy 2 sims this time. It will still be cheaper and better value than buying 1 in the USA.

Very Impressed. I was panicking as I arrived in the States and had made a mistake with the activation date so my local sim wasn’t working. I contacted the 24 hour office on the Whattsapp number provided and they were super quick with the response and also with a solution to my problem. Was up and running within a couple hours. Would highly recommend. Great service.

My purchased SIM card for the USA turned out to be faulty, which obviously we didn't know until we got there. Prompt replies to queries via WhatsApp, obviously little can be done at that stage, although we could have got a replacement if we could have found a T-Mobile store. Refund promptly given. Probably a 1 in a million issue which wasn't anyone's fault. However, take confidence in the prompt replies and support with any issues you do have. Super easy to deal with, and whilst we didn't get what we ordered, customer service was excellent. I'll use again (and hopefully have no issues next time!)

I used this company in 2017 for my sons summer in New York. He was only 17 and I needed the comfort that I could contact him or him me when needed. He also needed a lot of data. It went so well we ordered another for my younger son who did the same trip in the summer 2019. He was only 16 when he went but I felt comfortable with the reassurance he could call me if needed and could use the data to update his social Media keeping us and his mates in the loop about his adventure. Unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to use the SIM itself, because my trip to the USA and Canada was cancelled. However the customer service from this company was superb. I received fast replies to my emails and the refund came through fast (original fee minus a £5 sim charge and postage) I’m planning to go next year instead and won’t hesitate to purchase another SIM card at that time.

This was a Best Buy for us on our 3 week road trip in the US. I have an iPhone X, no profiles, so it started working as soon as I put it in the phone. The number arrived by text almost immediately and after associating the number with my Apple ID and WhatsApp, all was well. We used it mostly for navigation with google maps and listening to music playlists and BBC Sounds. The few phone calls we made, it worked fine. It just took away the hassle of worrying about roaming charges. Well worth the money.

It was so convenient to be able to purchase USApayasyougosimcard in London before our trip so that I could turn it on immediately on landing in LA. Delivery was prompt before London departure date as requested and the sim card worked well all along West Coast of USA and in Vancouver Canada. I welcomed reminders to turn on Data Roaming to ensure smooth transition between the two countries. At UK pounds 47 with the 5 pound Canada add-on, the Max Plan for 29 days was more expensive than other local sim cards purchased while overseas. But it did work well for data and phone-calls, texts so was worth it.

Honestly couldn't recommend this enough. Its convenient and easy to set up, and you can have fast 4G as soon as you step foot off the plane. I'm in America for 3 months and topping up is easy as I can use my British bank account. I've been all over Texas (Including Rural) and have always had signal. Thanks!

The SIM was active when I landed, as promised. However, it would not work in my brick, old style phone. The phone itself was not locked, as I had used various SIMs in it in the UK successfully. I had to buy a cheap smart phone at an AT&T shop. $60 I did not plan on spending.

I purchased this PAYG sim card for my holiday in June 2018. The instructions that came with the card were very good. I brought the instructions with me and re-checked them before I activated the card in my iphone. The card worked well for the duration of the Holiday and i used it as a sat nav when I hired a car.

Worth getting - have used it before. This one however took a day longer to activate though so it ended up costing me to use the phone to get to my digs but in the following days it seemed to be working. Their customer service folks can be a bit salty though - I remember thinking them quite rude last year so be prepared for that but if they bought out a European PAYG SiM I would gladly leave the even more incompetent competition!
