A. G.Both our pay as you go SIM cards during our visit in UK. We bought the GBP 10 package - 2GB data, 250 mins call and unlimited text. More than enough for our 8-9 days in UK. The data was increased to 6 GB. The coverage is good throughout UK. There were some systems problem that we had to wait for more than 12 hours before the service is activated.
G. S.I've been to several Vodafone stores, and I found this one to be the most satisfactory store among them. The advisers here know much better how to deal with customers and their phones, contracts, insurance etc. I went to another one on the same street to claim insurance, I was told it couldn't be done, I went here and they got it sorted within minutes.
R. S.Excellent service but I think I left my purse in the shop and there seems to be no way you can contact this company unless you have a standard request to top up etc. No service for lost found enquiries. Disappointing. If found it is blue with a kiwi on it.
K.HUGE shout out to the young lady at the front desk the evening of Sep 26, who helped me with a SIM card issue during my visit to London. I had been served at another Vodafone branch a few blocks away, but the technician had not correctly setup my phone settings and I was unable to use the phone! I had initially requested to speak with a technician at 474 Oxford, but learned he had left for the evening. She asked what I needed help with and in less than 5 mins, the young lady identified the issue and fixed it in no time. With family back in the USA and New Zealand, I was panicky that I was unable to contact them. This young lady has no idea how much her time, thoughtfulness and expert knowledge meant to me that evening. Sadly, I forgot to ask her name, but I will always remember her kindness! Thank you for excellent customer service!!!
R.Definitely worth the wait for the service I received as Oxford Street stores are always a little busier. Everyone is very helpful. Would visit this store again when I'm on the area.
