Great friendly and professional Service. Had the back glass on my iPhone replaced and also got a new screen guard on the front screen. Worth every penny and not expensive at all. Apple wants to charge me £300 to replace the back glass on my iPhone. Here I only got charged £50! What a difference, cost may be different and dependent on your iPhone model. I also bought a new iPhone charger for £10, it’s brilliant. Non tangled one over two metres long, it’s awesome. And a iPhone case too! This place has fabulous selection of phone cases not only iPhone but all brands. But I can’t recommend this place enough!!!! My iPhone looks brand new all over again.

What a great bunch of guys, quick reliable and very professional. I came in with my partners iPhoneX which we all looked at it and thought it was beyond repair, damaged the screen with a force so bad that the battery was dented, the back case smashed and frame bent. The guys did a professional repair and did not do any unnecessary repairs even tho they could have easily charged me for a lot more. The repair was done within 20 mins while I waited. I highly recommend this place.

What a gem this place is. Peter the owner is a true gent and goes out of his way to help his customers. While I was waiting, some guy came in and was about to sell his phone for the wrong price. Peters honestly impressed me so much, I am a loyal customer to this shop alone. He fixed a badly damaged and bent iPad Pro 12.9. I drove a 120 mile round trip - based upon online reviews - to get the (cracked but responsive and working) screen replaced on my OnePlus 6T. "Before" photos attached. The replacement process took an hour, all good. The price was competitive, staff are friendly, easy parking outside the door, local coffee shops open. I hope I don't break a screen again, but if I do I'd use this place again without question. Recommended.

Excellent mobile repair shop, genuine honest staff. Took my old Samsung S5 here to be repaired (have had it for years), not charging due to faulty charging port, every other shop I went to said not worth repair and tried to sell me a new phone. These guys fixed it in an hour. I repaired my smashed iPhone 8 Plus screen for only £50 which is considerably lower than other repair shops in London and the surrounding areas. Service was fast and high quality. The screen is not an original true tone display however the colour gamut is a close match. Recommended if you need a quick repair as they offer a 30 min phone screen repair.

Cheapest iPhone XS screen repair in London AND it took less than 10 mins. The guy at the counter was great. I’ve had it fixed for over a week now and no problems whatsoever. It works perfect. I was about to pack my phone up and send it off for repair. I had another search on Google and found this business. They are extremely easy to deal with. I dropped my iPhone 8 Plus in and thirty five minutes later collected it with a new screen & battery and screensaver fitted. The near three year old phone looked like new. 👍🙏

Needed a replacement screen for my new Samsung s20 + but Samsung repairs and at home services all booked up for over a week. Also , I didn't want to entrust nearly a grands worth of new phone into the hands of cowboys. Read the reviews for this place on several different sites and majority seemed positive. Took phone in on a Monday and they confirmed a new screen needed and told me to call in next morning as they didn't have one in stock which I did and 40 minutes later my phone was in my hands good as new and as far as I can tell, responding and working as it was before it hit the pavement. I paid exactly what Samsung web site said I should expect to pay, and £30 quid less than other repair places i looked at and a whopping 90 quid lower than my usual place. Would definitely recommend them based on my own experience to date.

Got fantastic service at a very fair price. Took my completely dead 4-year old OnePlus 3 phone in, expecting to have to leave it till the next day. Was quoted £45 if it was the battery. The phone was immediately taken for examination, which I was told would take 5 minutes. When I went back a new battery was already almost installed. All in all, it couldn't have been more than 20 minutes in total. I was amazed. I didn't even expect them to have a battery in stock for such an old phone.

So I went to the business to get my phone screen replaced yesterday. The gentleman I saw was very courteous and friendly. It wasn’t too long before the screen was done. Because the gentleman didn’t like the way the back was looking he asked for an extra 5 minutes. He thoroughly cleaned the new screen and the phone. I had been quoted between £139 and £189 to have this service done and they would have needed to wipe the phone. This place charged me £64.99 and didn’t wipe anything off the phone at all. I would thoroughly recommend them. The only down side is that they’re at the top of the building and there is no lift so if anyone who is disabled want s to go there, take someone with you. It was well worth the nearly 3 hour drive to get to them

A broken blackout screen after dropping my Galaxy S8+ got me searching for a solution to fix it. A screen replacement quote from Samsung Repairs Centre and the long process and time required to fix it was overwhelming as my phone was initially purchased from the States and that got me looking for other alternatives. Came across 'While You Wait Repairs' while searching Google for solutions. A quick phone call and a trip down to their premises was all it took. They sure did do a fantastic job for a fair and reasonable fee. No long wait, straight to the point, friendly and excellent customer service. Phone as good as new and not had any problems with it since. Will recommend them anytime

These guys are by far the cheapest for phone repairs / screen replacement so trip was worthwhile. I dropped my phone and that completely wrecked the screen (Huawei p30). I called them in the evening and came in the next morning to fix it. The service was quick (roughly 30min), I had the display replaced and he even fixed some of the scratched corners and cracks for free. I can't recommend this place enough. I needed my Huawie P30 Pro screen and LCD replacing, so I came here due to all the positive reviews. I came here because other phone repair shops were either charging extortionate repair fees or had terrible reviews, or both. I traveled 90 minutes (train and tube) to get to While You Wait Repairs and I can tell you it was definetly worth it! The owner Peter was incredibly friendly and helpful. He was evening willing to stay behind after closing time to make sure my phone was repaired. The work itself is very good. After being a little confused at first and having trouble communicating with the operater on live chat, I was then given the WhatsApp number for the owner (which is also displayed on their website) and he was extremely helpful in explaining everything. My phone was fixed quicker than I could imagine; It literally took them a few hours and then they posted it back for me to receive the next day. Unfortunately though I had a couple a of issues; I paid for a tempered glass screen protector and it wasn't sent back with one, plus I started having issues with the phone a few days later. HOWEVER, the moment I mentioned it to the owner, he refunded me immediately for the screen and apologised for the mix up. Plus after sending it back to them, it was once again fixed very swiftly and sent back to me. Even with these issues I can honestly say this 5 star review is well deserved and I'm confused at the negative reviews on here, as that's certainly not my experience. The owner is so pleasant and friendly to talk to and replies almost instantly. Plus the price was the lowest around whilst they had a deal on!

I've used their services three times now (yes, I'm way to clumsy and broken the screen three times within a year) and they've always been able to fix my phone very quickly. I had my front-screen repaired within an hour, and it was much cheaper than any other place I had checked online. I wish I never have to go again (because it would mean I would've broken my phone again) but if I ever have to, I'll definitely go to them.

Time for an update since their move to Golders Green. They remain as good as it gets for service and pricing. My second visit for a new screen for my Sony Z3. Great "while-you-wait" service and great price. £50 for the new screen and fitment and £5 for the front and back screen covers. Yes, their premises are a little hard to find but being Australian and on holiday I don't have the luxury of sending it away for repair. Public transport from central London was easiest - Jubilee Line to Kilburn then turn right out of the station and under the bridge and get on the 332 bus to Coles Green Road. Bus does a left after Cricklewood Bus Station then a right which is Coles Green Road. Get off when the bus turns left at the first set of traffic lights then walk down Coles Green Road towards the North Circular. You'll pass a car yard then an Italian restaurant and just after the hamburger van is the entrance to the building. Sign in with the receptionist then it's up to suite 306 on the 3rd floor. May take a few hours out of your day but you won't regret it. Last September I accidentally stood on my phone while in Spain and, to be frank, I thought it was only fit to be tossed in the bin as it was unusable. Went into a few repair places in central London which were crowded, long queues, expensive and quite unhelpful. Pan Mobile (name on my receipt) in Coles Green Road were great on the phone and booked an appointment next day. Phone was quality fixed in under an hour. Latest breakage to my Sony was in Ireland when I slammed the car boot on it. So it was a no brainer where to go and get it fixed when I got back to London. Same price, same great service and another good quality repair. See you next year guys!
