He spent over an hour just informing me about the products to ensure I left wig the right phone for me. Whenever you enter this store ask for the polite gentleman with the dreadlocks you won't regret it!

Absolutely love it. The place is not that big as some other brands use to have. But happy for the quality of products and the range they offer with peanut profit margin. Absolutely amazing. Despite a new brand in UK, this store has respectable number of foot fall in this store which is a good news for the brand. People are taking at least a thing-because they produce things everyone needs-like phones, watches, fitness trackers, smart bulbs, smart weighing machine, smart kettle, smart scooter, towels, robot making kits, smart box, smart toothbrush, head/earphones, Bluetooth speakers, sling/bags, external battery packs and lot more. Online and their official Chinese website has almost everything you need from smart cycle to laptop to clothes too. This store has limited items and most of them are for demonstration-like smart kettle, 20000mAh power bank, smart scooter, bags are like hot cakes-they arrive and just vanish within hours. The staffs were good, friendly. They always have some fun activities to keep the customers/fans busy. Recently they had event "keep looking"which offered 5%10% discount and instant gift in which one could win Bluetooth speakers to earphones to mobile phones too. Felt like been to Mecca.😊. Bought some stuffs.Everyone is happy with purchase and missed smart kettle but wait for new stock.

They gave false information about different policy of in-store and online shopping. But the staff was polite. Quite a good range of phone options. Prices are cheaper online comparatively. I would recommend read all the policies before making purchase as it involves different weird ways of dealing with phone faults.

Nice selection of Xiaomi phones and smart home products. I had hoped to buy one of the Xiaomi rucksacks, but they were not in store, so I ended up buying one from the Mi Store online.

Really happy with the service provided here! Both Shemia and Ali were great at explaining all the features of the phone. Very knowledgable and polite and I would recommend visting the store as oppose to ordering online. Super quick service and left with an extremely well priced phone - thanks!

Fresh new store, good choice of products as always from Xiaomi, starting with the negitives most of the staff didn't know enough about the products, myself as a long term customer knew more. The first lady i asked didn't speak English and didn't know anything about the Mi bands but was in the shop floor to advise on products ? She mainly kept in the corner. bit disappointed on that front, one of the other guys also didn't speak much English either bit difficult to get the product knowledge from them. would have been better to train people to know them inside out. But the last guy I spoke to way very helpful and gave me the answers needed to commit the purchase. The store is very nice and happy to see Xiaomi has hit the UK hope to see more stores in the future. Would definitely recommend their electric scooters they are brilliant and great for city use to replace the car or bus. The best part was the staff where very friendly when we turned up kitted out with the Xiaomi scooters, phone and accessories. Overall enjoyed the experience and hope to see them expand to the full range next year. Please bring your Mi lapbooks they are brilliant bit of kit ! the wireless Air Buds and your Yi lights for smart homes.

Very limited number of products and lots of staff waiting around. The big push seems to just be the electric scooters with loads of them in boxes at the back of the shop. Seems more of a quick pop up shop.

Employees are very nice and the feeling is like in an Apple Store, but the difference is that you don't buy poorly designed and overpriced products, no this is the real deal! My first visit and I was very impressed. A diverse range of products in a unashamedly "Apple-esque" setting. If you love gadgets at really reasonable prices this place is for you. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that the first staff member I spoke with was not very knowledgeable of the product specifications, fortunately his superior could answer all of my questions and secured the sale.

very helpful staff , Good range of products at excellent prices. Pocco F1 (water cooled like Note 9) phone is good to try if you pop in. Also saved time waiting for Amazon as this is the only UK store.. I like the electric scooter for sale was very tempted by that as well. (Hint Hint Santa) if you have a usb-c type connection they have loads of add on bits at rock bottom prices as well in store. Shame you didn't have the laptops in. The scooter pro was told yesterday will be in. I'm 2 months the sas thing is they don't have much in the shop compared to what the company and most is always out of stock no pen refills. Had a 360 on display but guess what none in stock.

Bought a Mi m365 scooter last weekend from the Westfields W12 store. Was surprised to be told by the store manager that it is illegal to ride one in the UK which begs the question why they are on sale in the first place. Also, the plug was a 2 pin which is also illegal in The UK. Although they supplied an adaptor, the law is quite clear that it must be fitted with a 3 pin plug. Other than that all good I guess.

So glad Xiaomi has opened an official store on the 2nd floor near John Lewis. Been a huge fan for many years. Slightly more expensive than ordering from Chinese retailers in China but you will now get a UK full warranty. Please bring the laptops here as well!
